Andrew came over SAME DAY to fix broken dryer. Fantastic service! He took machine apart, vacuumed out unit, installed new belt & replaced Rollers that were starting to show wear. I would highly recommend!

Dean repaired my dryer by installing a new heating element. My dryer vent was too impacted with lint,and therefore, made my heating element fail.He also warned me to get my vent cleaned out and properly installed the way that it should have been. I am having a different company clean out the vent and install it properly because Mr.Appliance doesn't do that kind of work. I appreciate Dean telling me about the vent cleaning because I certainly don't want a fire occurring in my villa.

The two service men were great!!! The office help on the second visit was not so great. Had the repairman running 90+ minutes behind (estimating him to be here at 5:00 which caused concern on our part) and actually he was only 15 minutes or less.

Seemed a little pricey, but they answered the phone and the repairman showed up. It was a repair quote only. Repair more than machine was worth originally. I opted to buy a new washer.

A "Factory Authorized" appliance repair service provider could not get my Kitchenaid built in refrigerator freezer unit working correctly after several visits and several months of time. Mr. Appliance responded to my call quickly and the tech was much more knowledgeable about the Kitchenaid product than "Factory Authorized" provider was. Happy to report that my refrigerator is now working correctly. I am grateful!
