He requires a deposit to "get on the schedule" but after putting a deposit in December to get on the schedule in the spring, it took MANY phone calls (that were not returned) to finally get the job completed in the summer. Interior work, repair and painting ceiling, was another series of "hurry up and wait." Wanted signed contract with deposit and then another 3 months until job was completed. I was MORE than patient."
