hired theater people to install TV and mount above fireplace in fall of 2016. came home from work in fall of 2022 to find TV had fallen off the wall. contacted them to help with situation and was told "this installation was 6yrs ago, we don't cover anything that old".

"Hey [Member Name Removed], that is terrible news that your TV came off the wall. Regardless of our cautioning you at the time of installation that your brick was old, your TV was super heavy, and you should probably use a flat mount because of that, we planned to come out to help you with your problem six years after installation. We didn't get a response to confirm the install date two days after the phone call. You called on a Wednesday, I believe, and we had a truck ready to roll on a Friday. So I hope you understand my surprise when you sent an email saying we 'no called no showed' on Friday. I'm not sure where the wires got crossed, but your comment does not reflect our conversations. I went back through the email several times to make sure I did not miss anything. Once again, I am sorry for the mix-up. Thanks for the business. It is always greatly appreciated."

They were great! They came in and started working right way. They hide the cords and adding plugs for two of TV's. They patched and painted the dry wall. I was very pleased with their quick and great work.

I had a great experience with this company. They installed a small TV on the wall of my kitchen between two cabinets. Team came out and did a very thorough inspection and quote. The rep who installed the TV had to do some extra work to snake the cords behind the wall from the top cabinets down to the unit. Looks great and I would recommend their services to friends/ family.

Jeff was always on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He performed the work himself which saved us labor costs over another company. Everything went smoothly just the way he said it would. Most of all he was patient and thorough in teaching us how to use 2 separate zone areas for sound and tv. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. I usually don’t post reviews, but I wanted to reassure others that Jeff and this company are great. Don’t hesitate to employ them to do your tv/stereo project!

He was done in 20 minutes because it was simple to do. i had back surgery so I could not do. when I asked about setting up my remote so it would work with tv, it actually took the rest of the of the two hours. he had several calls to someone who was supposedly the "expert" they didnt know why my remote would not work and ended up telling me to purchase a harmony remote. turns out in the yamahas menu, They needed to turn on the hdmi setting. After turning on receiver it defaults to av6 and not my hdmi 1. I called for them to come back and fix or tell me what to do and the owner was a complete jerk he said "you signed the papers saying you were satisfied and that they will not help me" even though they sent a tech who knew nothing about the receiver, and did not setup properly and got wrong info from so called expert. they would not help me. they are supposedly yamaha experts what a joke. they have an iron clad amount of paperwork you have to sign so they will not come back out. i explained i signed because i believed the idiot who told me none of those things could be done or fixed, Stay far away from amatures acting like they know anything. the
