Everything went well. Scott is honest, very professional and polite. He is a Christian and believes in treating his customers how he would want he and his family to be treated. He quickly diagnosed a problem, remedied it, gave us advice about keeping our fridge working and tested it to make sure other parts were working correctly. All for a very economical service charge. Will definitely call him if we have other appliance issues.

I went ahead and ordered the part as I knew what needed to be replaced. I called Scott and told him what I needed to have done and asked if he could quote me a price for the work, which he did. Once I had the received the part I called Scott again and he was able to come out the next afternoon/evening to install it. He was professional and very nice to speak with and he got the range up and running in no time. I really appreciated the fact he would quote a price as many companies will only quote a price to arrive at your house, not a job quote. I of course understand that it's not always possible to give a job quote as often the "problem" hasn't been diagnosed yet. But....I definitely would recommend Scott and will call him next time I have an appliance issue.

I left a voice mail on Mr. Curry's answering machine, and within half an hour - on a Sunday - he returned my call to schedule an appointment the following day. On Monday, he called to let me know he was on his way, and was here when he said he would be. He was extremely polite and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. His price was far less expensive than I was anticipating. The dryer had a burned-out fuse, and when I'd made the appointment, he had asked for the dryer's model number. When he was actually here, he had the part with him and within about 45 minutes was done and the dryer was running. I was very, very happy with his service and would absolutely use him again for any appliance in our house. The cost of service included the service call, labor, and the part. I feel it was very fair.

He quickly determined the cause the problem and fixed it on the spot. I would use his service again without question.

I called Mr. Curry on Sunday evening and explained the issue of my dryer not heating. He asked for the Numbers on the dryer. The next day he came out and diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. I was able to dry my clothes that night. We had used his services a month or so before this for our washer. He is very professional and a kind man. I would use him again.

Scott was very efficient, on time.  Cleaned up after himself after the repairs.

I called Scott on Friday and he came out on Saturday morning to fix our oven, which had stopped heating.  He found the faulty igniter and replaced it within about 30 minutes.  Price was very competitive and Scott was very professional and all around a nice guy.

Scott was prompt and showed me the bad part, plus cleaned up when done.

I called Scott Friday at lunch. He came out Saturday morning and fixed our refrigerator. He is very professional and personable.

My wife bakes alot and I mean ALOT! In the 20 yrs. we"ve been married she has went thru three oven ignitors. 3 days ago on a Friday evening while I was putting a pizza in the oven I find out that she's done it again. I called Fix The Broken Appliance Repair and scheduled an appointment for 6pm Monday evening when I get home from work. I gave them the model and serial # of the oven. Sensing what was wrong Owner/Repairman Scott Curry came with the part in hand (bake ignitor)and promptly made the repair. With my oven once again working properly, I had Fridays pizza on Monday.

First i spoke with Samsung direct, and while helpful, I still needed a repair faster than they could provide.  I called another company and they did not repair Samsung appliances so they gave me Scott's number. I called Scott at 8:00 AM and he came to my house the same day with the part to fix my dryer with him. He had it repaired in probably less than 30 minutes. I was impressed with his work, his punctuality, and his price was fair. I will definitely call him for any other appliance I may need fixed in the future.

Scott, the owner showed up promptly at 5:30pm. He was very accomodating to my work schedule. He also was kind enough to get me a next day appt. Other companies that wasnt even sure if they could touch a Samsung XRT washer in the first place advised they couldn't get to me for at least a week with no guarantees due to the brand. "Fix the Broken" assured me that they could work on Samsung and had proper training and they were right. The overall experience was wonderful! Very honest and trustworthy Christian man. Only charged $50 to assess my machine when others charge $80. I took hid cards and some flyers and passed them out because I liked the way he does business.
