It turned out good. Neil the owner, his attention to detail. I would use this provider again.

We had hired an architect to design our addition. We then solicited four bids. We selected NAC, even though they were pricier than the other bids. We just felt more comfortable with their suggestions, and how they went about the project. They indicated they would take six months to complete the project, and they did complete it in the scheduled time. We were very impressed with the quality of their work, and especially appreciated Neal's craftsmanship, and creative solutions. We had young children and pets in the house at the time, and the workers were very considerate. My only frustration with NAC has been that they are so busy, that we have not been able to get them to bid for other projects we wanted, such as finishing the basement, or building a deck. So we had to hire other contractors to get those project done. So the and quot;Band quot; rating for responsiveness has more to do with their lack of follow up when we approached them for other projects.

I was pretty happy with the results. It was a very well done job.

They have done a lot of work for us. Everything about NAC is superb. They do very high quality work and are great on details. They work very well with my wife on what she wants done, which is very important. It is absolutely top quality. They are lined up to do more work for us. We like them.

I got them off the list. I called him and he said that he was doing a job for my neighbor right behind me. He was referred to her by another person that had a really nice job done and he did a terrific job on my kitchen. He took about 1.5 weeks to finish the work. His was the lowest bid and all I had him do was to take down the wall between the dining room and the kitchen. He put in another kitchen cabinet close to where the wall was taken down. He put in a hardwood floor, did some plastering, and also took stifling off the dining room ceiling so it matched the kitchen with a smooth ceiling, and re-plastered there. It ended up being $4800 for that service simply because it was really nice. He made suggestions that I agreed that it would make it look so much better, like for taking the stifling off. I was going to leave a little bit of the dining room wall so that it breaks the kitchen from there and he said that he could take the wall all the way down and take that stifling off for $200 more. That was cheaper than I thought, so I told him to do that and it made it so much nicer. There were also a couple of things that I told him about some light fixtures that he needed to move and I told him that he could do this and this and it would save him time, but he said no that wouldn't be up to code. I really appreciated that he wanted to do it correctly and I did not know that it wouldn't be the code the way I suggested, so I was very happy. He also cleaned up every day when he was finished and it took him 45 minutes just to clean up and make sure everything looked clean and tidy. His price, punctuality, and professionalism were excellent.

I spent about $50000. I had had a fire before. So, they did a bunch of work for me. They also repaired the ceiling. They were excellent. I will be using them for another job soon.

NAC had the lowest quote and was the only company that proposed a solution that matched the style of the home. The were timely and professional. The addition looked wonderful and appeared as if it were an original part of the home.

They are excellent. We have used them in the past and we would use them again. The price didn't seem outlandish. We are getting ready to use them again.

Neil did a great job. His attention to detail and clean up after the job make his work second to none.

They were very pleasant to work with and did some very good work. Although I did want to hire them on for another job but they didn't end up getting back to me.

The company we hired I superb work, they got it done on time. They did some good craft man work. They gave it some good practical features. They worked with us to select colors we wanted. They had very reasonable prices when it came to picking out different items for the kitchen. They are a very trustworthy company.

I have used NAC for the last four remodeling projects. In fact I am so satisfied with the excellence of the work that I don't ask for other bids. Neil Collopy, the owner, actually does the work along with one or two assistants. So he is there to supervise everything. His standards are extremely high and he does not tolerate mediocrity. I have had many workers through my house but few have the dedication, concern, and professionalism of Neil Collopy. One Saturday he appeared on his own time to fix a leaky outdoor faucet, that was not his responsibility, because he feared it would flood the basement. I would recommend him and his company enthusiastically.

THE OWNER, NEIL, IS EXTREMELY CONSCIENTIOUS, DETAIL-ORIENTED, TALENTED AND HARD WORKING. HE HOLDS HIS WORKERS TO THE SAME STANDARD. THE CREW CLEANED UP AT THE END OF EACH DAY. THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME I HAVE HIRED NAC TO DO A MAJOR JOB, AND HAVE HIRED THEM FOR A FIFTH.

NEIL DOES VERY GOOD WORK AND I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE HAVING HIM AND HIS HELPERS IN MY HOME. HOWEVER, YOU MUST BE PATIENT AS HIS SCHEDULING IS NOT THE BEST, AS SHOWN IN OTHER RATINGS.

HAVING HAD A NUMBER OF CONTRACTORS IN OUR HOUSE OVER THE LAST THREE YEARS, I CAN SAY THAT NAC CONSTRUCTION IS ONE OF THE MOST CONSCIENTIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES I HAVE DEALT WITH. WE WERE SO SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL PRICE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND DEDICATION OF THEIR FIRST JOB FOR US, THAT WE DID NOT SOLICIT ANY OTHER BIDS FOR THE SECOND RENOVATION. WE WERE CERTAIN THAT NO OTHER COMPANY COULD BEAT NAC IN THE CRITERIA NOTED ABOVE. THE OWNER NEIL COLLOPY IS A PERFECTIONIST WHO TREATS EACH PERSON'S HOUSE AS IF IT WERE HIS OWN. I RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY MOST HIGHLY.

HATE TO RECOMMEND HIM SO HIGHLY, SO HE DOES NOT BECOME TOO BUSY. THE WALLS LOOK BRAND NEW. HE AND HIS CREW ARE VERY DETAILED and PICKY - THEY STRIVE FOR PERFECTION. SUPER JOB and WE''LL USE HIM AGAIN IN A FEW MONTHS.

NEIL COLOPY AND JOHN MATHIAS ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH. AFTER HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER LOCAL CONTRACTOR, IT WAS REFRESHING TO WORK WITH A RESPONSIBLE COMPANY. THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.

NEAL AND HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB ON OUR BASEMENT REMODEL. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID.
