They called to schedule the appointment several days ahead, called when they arrived and came a few minutes early. They covered everything and did a professional job.

I was very impressed with the knowledge, courtesy, work ethic, and professionalism exhibited by Alexander and Carl during the repair process. Employees like these two explains why this company has been in business for over 100 years!!! While they can't promise to match the stuco texture and color, they came so close that I don't think I will need to paint. The only downside is that they are apparently in high demand. Between high demand and unpredictable rainy weather, their work schedule gets skewed and they may not be able to get to your job in as timely a fashion as you - or they - wish. But in my opinion they are worth the wait.

I received a quick reply to my phone message. Mr. Neff came to view the problem and gave me a quote. It seemed very reasonable. It was the only quote I got so I don't know how it compares with others. The day of the repair an employee arrived on-time and began to get plastic set up to protect the floors and walls. Mr. Neff arrived about 15 minutes later to check to make sure everything was OK. The repair took about 2.5 hours which was within the time frame I was quoted. It looks great. The employee cleaned everything up, and it was like he was never there. Billing was exactly the same amount I was quoted. Would definitely use again!

Work was done as promised. Had to return to match the finish paint better. Did so promptly without any problem. Very happy with the work performed.

They responded promptly and made the repairs. I paid the bill, however, after a couple weeks, I noticed several hairline cracks that had been missed. I called the company and they came out finished the work. My only complaint is that they weren't able to match the stucco color.

Well. Did not take long to do.

The job went very well. Jon Neff and his crew even reduced the height of one wing wall at no additional cost. The top of the wall had suffered freeze and thaw damage over the years and looks much better now that it's not so tall (and cracked). The crew arrived on time and worked very efficiently. The result looks great and blends in well with the old stucco adjacent to it.

That was very good. I've used them a couple of times. They were prompt getting here. We scheduled the date. They did good work. They matched the texture of my stucco. Matching the colors is more difficult and it doesn't really match but we'd planned to paint the house anyway. Stucco work has been very good. They repaired the stucco and did a very good job. They did a nice job on it. We scheduled it and they were responsive and got here in time and did the work.

They were great. I would never hire anybody else.

Great! Gida (sp?) was very friendly, professional, and fast. What was quoted as a 1/2 day job turned out to only take two hours. Plus, he was very neat. I was expecting more of a mess but he kept it to an absolute minimum.

Initial interactions left me with the impression of a truly professional organization.  I felt like they were really interested in my business even though they were clearly very busy with other work.  We had contacted numerous other companies that were not so professional.  The George F. Neff company was very good about returning calls and provided a prompt quote and timely responses to questions.  Although the price seemed just a little high, their professionalism made it clear that this was the company that we wanted to do the work.
When we authorized the work Jon was clear that they were very busy, so it might take a while to get the work done, but expressed confidence that they could at least complete the repair portion of the work before winter.  We set a tentative date to initiate the work, but Jon indicated that there was a risk that work on new-builds may require rescheduling our job.  A few days prior to the scheduled time we were contacted about starting the work.  Unfortunately one of their larger customers contacted them the following day with work that had to be completed on new-builds, so we had to re-scheduled our project.  Jon was very apologetic, but we knew before authorizing the work that this was a potential risk and were not disturbed by the change.
A few days prior to the new date we were contacted again about starting the work.  This time there were no surprises and the Neff company was able to begin.  I met with Jon and two of his crew on the morning that they began the work and went over the details of what we wanted to accomplish again.  Jon brought texture samples with him to help us choose what texture we wanted to use on the new finish coat.  He left those with us over the weekend so that we could spend some time contemplating the choice.
I chose to spend that first day working from home in case there were questions, but there was no need.  The crew went to work on the repairs and it was clear from the outset that they knew exactly what needed to be done.  When they removed the stucco in the area with the most damage they helped me to inspect the home's framing to be certain that there was no water damage.  Fortunately everything was in good shape and they were able to continue with the stucco repairs without delay.
The work crew exhibited the same professionalism that Jon had, and they clearly enjoyed their work.  My wife and I even enjoyed hearing them whistle while they worked!  They were very neat about their work as well.  They put out tarps to catch the debris removed from the home and carried it away in buckets to be discarded.  By the end of the first day they made sure to complete enough of the repairs that there was no longer a risk of water damage to the framing of the home.  Since it was a long weekend coming up due to Thanksgiving this was a concern of mine that I had expressed to them before starting.
They didn't resume until Tuesday of the following week due to inclement weather.  I chose not to work from home, but my wife reported that they continued to exhibit the same pleasant work ethic throughout the job.  By the end of the week the work was complete and the job site was thoroughly cleaned.  The stucco looked great!  The color and texture is exactly what we were expecting, and the quality of workmanship was impeccable.  The price may have been a little higher than expected, but it was worth every penny, but I would hire them again and would recommend George F. Neff & Co. to others.
