"Member, thank you for your review, I appreciate it! Please feel free to email me directly at [email protected] to let me know what we could have done to earn straight A's from you!"
"Member, Thanks for the review, I am glad you got a lot out of the materials! Keep on DOMINATING your renovation!"
That was great, very good. He came with a huge ladder. He told me husband he could use the same piece since it was in good condition. He did not try to sell anything. He offered to clean the gutters since he was already there but my husband said no. They were good, on time, and did a good job. He was good, it looked like nothing happened. My husband was happy.
"Member, thank you for the feedback, you do have access to the system for life so feel free to check it out again should have a need!"
"Member, Thank you for the honest feedback. As for the refund, I would call angie's list back again and ask. We are willing to work it out and make it right. They usually send me a notice seeing if I will allow the refund when it extends past the noted 30 day mark. We want all of our users to be completely satisfied with the system, and if your not we will do what we can to get you there. If you have any problems or questions about this, please contact me directly at [email protected]"
"Member, Thank you for the review. I am glad that we were able to provide you with some new information for your remodeling project. Keep on DOMINATING!!!"
This document provides a good framework for performing any type of outsourced project for your home. It is detailed sufficiently for novice homeowners who do not have knowledge of any project management activities. Some of the assumptions:
1.) Individual home project: i.e. - Remodeling Guides - The video suggested to go beforehand and perform some due diligence regarding materials cost. In my particular case I chose to wait until the contractors provided recommendations for companies whom they had relationships with and then went directly to the vendors. I also chose to benchmark those vendors cost against wholesalers I researched on the internet.
2.) General Contractors - This document can be used for individual projects or for projects that will be managed by a general contractor, the difference being a cost factor. I had several projects all of which were inclusive of what a GC would be hired for. however took the burden of managing the project as if I were the general contractor (GC). Because my projects were self funded, I did not have the additional funds to source a resource to oversee the projects. This presented an additional and ongoing risk to me in several areas that I accept around compliance, quality, time constraints, and cost.
Overall I used this document to help manage each project at a high level. A general contractor will mitigate the risk of project planning and all of the activities associated with the project, albeit at an additional cost for their service. I would recommend this document to anyone who doesn't have experience in managing a project. It will definitely help with setting expectation for you and the general contractor or person who is performing the service. The more informed you are (or appear), the less inclined people are to take advantage of you.
One suggestion for Red Head Rehabs - In the kitchen renovation guideline - New (section): There should be a checkbox for flooring and electrical wiring.
"Member, Thank you for the detailed review and recommendations, I will have these implemented into our system as soon as possible. I love everything you said here and I am STOKED that you found our information helpful. Keep on DOMINATING it!"
"Member, I am sorry you found the information "Useless". Some of this information can certainly be found independently through searching and hunting for it, however the convenience of having it all accessible in one place and from the point of view of an experienced remodeler is not something you will find very many places. If you were unhappy with the purchase, you simply needed to reach out to us and we would have issued a full refund for the price you paid two years ago. Many of our users find that using even just a handful of the documents we provide will save them more time and money in the long run, but we are always looking to improve the system however we can. With that said, I would love to know what you were expecting to get that we failed to deliver. We are always looking to improve the system and would love to hear your feedback on what was missing so that we can improve the system for others and for you too since you get lifetime access to it. You can email me directly at [email protected] Thank -You Bob McIntosh Red Head Rehabs"
"Member, Thanks so much for the A review! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! Keep on DOMINATING your renovations!!!"
I only recommend it for those doing remodels and trying to learn how to manage the job and save on costs.
Itll eventually help you and the course will more than pay for itself.
"Member, AWESOME! So glad you are finding it helpful and worth the cost! Plus this is only the first remodel you have had it, you get access to it for LIFE so you can keep on using the systems to your advantage! Keep on DOMINATING it and thanks so much for the positive review, we truly appreciate it!"
I have been a real estate broker for over ten years and I've worked with dozens of contractors on light to medium renovations for myself and sellers. There is value in this program for novice to intermediate investors, and I'd even say experienced investors would learn a thing or two. By the way, I've read plenty of investor/flip books as well, still learned a lot. Right now I've got a crew of 6 workers working around the clock doing a terrific job while my investor friends are wondering why they can't even get their contractor to show up.
Thanks Redhead!
"AWESOME! This is why we do what we do :) So glad the system has helped you out and thank you for the great review. Keep on dominating those rehabs!!"
"Member, Thank you for your rating we appreciate the feedback. I would love to know why we scored a B in some areas for you as we are always striving to be the best for our customers. Please email me directly at [email protected] with any comments on this. Thanks so much!"
"Member, Thank you so much for the "A" Rating. I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed the system! Keep on DOMINATING that remodel! -Bob"
"[Member name removed], Thank you for the review. Yes our system is absolutely geared towards beginners as most home owners doing a remodeling project fall into that category. However, even those who are more experienced have found an immense amount of value in the documentation provided if nothing else. The independent contractor agreement within the system cost more to have drafted by an attorney than the investment you made. The average savings of those who use the system is over $2,000 so I would love to know why the price wasn't worth it to you. Please email me directly at [email protected]. We do strive to bring the very best to each of our users and I would love to know what you were expecting and what it would take to receive better marks in your opinion. Thank you."
"Member, I am glad you were able to use the information to help with your project. Thanks so much for the review!"
"[Member name removed], thank you for the review. Can I ask what you would have expected to pay for the information you received? Please feel free to write me directly at [email protected] We strive to provide the best information we can and our users have used our system to save on average $2,000 per remodel. Thanks!"
"Dear Member, Thank you for the review, if you would be willing to email me at [email protected] I would love to know what the other person had that made you decide to use their system over mine. We always strive to have the best and this will help us improve our system for future users. Thanks and I hope the remodeling project goes (or went) great!"
