BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT:  These folks are superb and offered very competitive pricing. 

We got Bill's estimate in November 2015 with intent for a spring 2016 painting.  Bill was quite knowledgeable about our particular siding material (hardi plank) and how it need to be sealed.  His estimate was originally in the middle of the three estimates we received.  He adjusted the estimate downward when we decided to go with a single color paint.  The power washing by Anthony was effective and efficient.  The wet spring caused some scheduling problems but I was impressed with their caution about not painting unless the temperature/humidity parameters of the paint were met.  Rob and Ron (primary painters) were excellent.  They were prompt, efficient and cleaned up each day.  They kept me informed about the progress of each coat.  They found some rotted wood under two windows and scheduled the repairs after my approval.  The wood repairs were completed (Mike and Rusty) at a very reasonable cost. The window areas were then resealed and repainted with high quality workmanship.  The entire job took a few days longer than I had anticipated due to the wet weather.  Their "paint/no paint" decisions were very conservative which kept our risk of a poor paint job very low.  We are extremely happy with all their work and with all the interactions with the main office.  Would I use them again?  Definitely.  I'll be calling them for an estimate the next time we paint the deck. 

I met with the manager Bill D. for an estimate for work repairing drywall, painting two rooms, painting window frames, and painting ceilings. The company that repaired our drywall before we moved in did a terrible job and it was very evident.  Bill showed me what repair they could do and what would still be visible.  It was as we walked room to room that I asked if he could tell me the price difference in purchasing our own paint.  Bill assured me that contractors get better quality and less expensive paints than are normally available from Sherman Williams.  I asked if just doing one room was less expensive.  Bill said that actually it was a minimum of $650 just to get a truck to come to your house. Bill wrote up an estimate for $850 for two rooms.   Since my wife and I  felt we were saving.  We agreed to the two rooms.  Bill was able to get his guys to start the following Monday and it was currently Friday.
Monday two painters showed up who were very courteous and right on time.  The first day was drywall repair.  The rooms had joint compound on numerous places but not the complete wall.  Unfortunately the wall wasn't drying fast enough so after half a days work they left and said they would be back the next once the compound had dried.  The next morning they were again on time and started work immediately.  Their paint skills were excellent.  After a few hours they were done and cleaned up very well.
After a day my wife realized that she did not like the color in the one room.  I contacted Bill and asked for estimate just to paint one room.  Bill informed me that is was $650 just to get the truck to a house but he would see what he could do.  A couple hours later I received an estimate for $415.  I declined the estimate.  It was also at this point that I told Bill there were small white bubbles on our ceiling at one end.  He told me to give it a few days and they should go away.  
Things from this point went downhill.  There were many more imperfections in the walls that were not repaired.  After checking with other contractors the walls needed to be completely covered and not just patched.  I also personally went to Sherman Williams to check on the paint US Pro Painters use called Sherscrub.  This is when I got upset.  I was told by the staff at Sherman Williams that Sherscrub was the BOTTOM of the contractors line of paint.
My advice to future customers would be - Buy your own paint, check around for price ($415 just to get 1 room painted!), and get advice from multiple sources to see if drywall can be repaired or needs to be completely redone.

3/16/16 - I just spoke with Bill.  He is sending a painter over to correct the bubbles on the ceiling.  I will say that it looks like Bill and I had a misunderstanding on what was to be done with the drywall.  He gave me a price which he thought was in my budget, but never gave me the option on the price to have the walls fixed the way we wanted them.

Also Bill said that the Sherscrub was not at the bottom of the contractors paint list.  I am confused by this but I can only state what I was told on 3/15/16.  I am upgrading the  Responsiveness to a "C" since he did contact me and will at least fix the bubble problem.

3/17/16 - Bill and I had our final conversation.  We ended with no hard feelings, but we agreed due to poor communication I was not aware of what I was receiving for the price.  I currently still have two rooms that have poor repairs but excellent paint jobs.

I would end with the following.  1.  Make sure you understand what you are getting for the price.  2. If your sole purpose is painting then this is the company you want. and 3. Research paint...what they use may be a solid paint but it is not the near the best and you might be interested in purchasing your own.  According to the manager at Sherman Williams on East Main in Springfield, their best (Emerald) is a 10 and Sherscrub is a 3.  So be aware.

This is a fantastic company with great customer service and professional painters.  This group is a class act.   From the customer service  rep, through the estimate process, work completion and billing, it was a pleasure working with them. The estimate was accurate and performed within 2 day from the initial phone call.  The job was tedious - repairing ceiling damage and an improper parch job from the previous homeowner;  matching the plaster pattern and then painting in three separate area. The painter did a expert job, was courteous and completed the job in a timely manner.  Spread the word- This is a top notch company that provides great services at an affordable cost

It went extremely well.  The two gentlemen that did the work showed up early and worked hard each of the four days.  Each night they cleaned up so that we had easy access to the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.  The job turned out better than we could have hoped for. 
We will consider US Pro Painters for any future work we may have/need.

Bill in Sales was our first contact. Estimate was a bit lower than others received, and the Angie's List discount and 1 year interest-free financing really tipped the scales.

Our work crew of John and Anthony were just great! Always on time, professional, and cleaned up the site. John encouraged us to come to him with any questions or concerns.

Bill came out to check on the project and bring the final bill, as we had to have some wood replaced. I was delighted that he re-did the bill to extend the Angie's List discount to the wood, also.

This company knows how to treat their customers.

We are absolutely delighted with everything! I don't do large projects well and was just dreading this, but I couldn't be more pleased. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner.

They gave me a discount for being on Angie's list, which made me fall in love with them right from the beginning. They were very professional and flexible. They were great with pricing and were very fast and efficient. They were easy to work with and I have referred them to several people.

There was an issue after removing the old mural; the wall had to be painted so marks wouldn't bleed through. They were very quick and came back to finish the job the same day after the paint dried.

These guys were super!  Very professional and the quality of their work is superb.  Visitors to my home even comment on the quality of the paint job. In the family room there are 12' vaulted ceilings!  The cabinets turned out gorgeous!  All involved were professional, on-time and pleasant.  They cleaned up beautifully, too.

The Operations Manager (Bill Denlinger) was out to look over the job very soon after contacted.  Since it involved so much replacement and repair of siding boards, he came back with the gentleman that would do the work (Andy).  We agreed on a price for the job with our supplying the replacement boards (we wanted to use material we had bought locally in the past).
Andy did an excellent job of repairing and replacing our bad siding boards.  His attention to detail was better than I expected, and he went "above and beyond" with some of his work.  His skills were excellent and we asked to do a few additional items that we knew needed done.
The pressure wash team came in on a rainy day -- why not -- and completely washed the siding and all parts that were to be painted in a short amount of time.
Chuck and Randy followed up with the painting of the entire exterior of the house.  This consisted of mostly the siding, but also included doors, some window frames, and all trim.
All crews were prompt and worked hard.  If it was a day they could not work because of weather, we got a call from Bill Denlinger saying so.  Bill was out to check on the progress and to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done.  And we were.
While this was not the lowest estimate for all of the work, we felt that US Pro Painters would do the best overall job for us.  We are completely satisfied with the job done -- it looks like a new house!  We would definitely recommend them for a similar job, and if we had to do it all over again, we would use US Pro Painters.

The sales rep responded promptly and was at my home with a few days for an estimate.  He was very knowledgeable and professional and provided the estimate in the time frame promised.  The job was scheduled for mid-October, but they were able to start a week earlier than scheduled.  Painters were professional - polite and courteous and easy to work with.
