"We had hired Global Property Resources many years earlier for a large outdoor kitchen at different home. We know they were the ones for this challenge. We had some major structural, plumbing and electrical redo in order to make the changes we wanted for the kitchen. I am not sure many contractors would have been up to the task or stayed due to all of the challenges. The key was the great communication to get us from the ideas and issues to a kitchen we are proud of. Wonderful people to work with."

"We couldn’t be happier. The upstairs is beautiful. Tim kept everything cleaned up while working, showed up promptly and kept sub use to a minimum . Everyone who worked in our home went out of their way to make sure we understood all work, and were polite and respectful. Phase 1 went so well that we have hired Tim to do phase 2 - take the kitchen back to studs, move it to a new location, create a laundry room (it’s out of the basement now Yea!) and walk-in pantry, new half bath, change all electrical to white, wood floors, all new doors, new baseboards and crown molding. We are part way through phase 2 and couldn’t be happier. Our home is becoming the beautiful dream home we’ve always wanted. We feel blessed to have found Tim and highly recommend him. We never thought we would be one of those people that love their contractor, but we do."
