"The work was completed in a timely fashion and looked perfect. Bill was prompt in answering my texts and in setting up the appointment."

"Everything went great. The last contractor we hired to do the work not only put in poor quality cabinets that destroyed the existing woodwork while doing it. Mose installed new high quality custom cabinets and shelves. In doing so he took into account the previous contractors errors and fixed the issues created by the last guy. He made everything look seamless and like it was all part of the original design. He saved the projected that had went bad. We are going to hire him back to do more work in out house."

"When we decided to remodel our master bathroom and add an all seasons room, we wanted to find a contractor who was honest and easy to work with. We looked at several contractors, but Scott from Global Property Services stood out because he was so straightforward and honest from the beginning. Our master bathroom needed a lot of work. We got rid of the old bathtub and put in a new, spacious shower. Scott and his team listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out the perfect fixtures and design. The new shower looks amazing and works great. We also got a new bathroom vanity, which gives the room a modern and stylish look that we love. During the renovation, Scott found some plumbing issues that needed fixing. He explained everything clearly and found cost-effective solutions. His expertise and commitment to quality work ensured the plumbing was replaced efficiently, preventing future problems. We also had a mold issue, which was a big concern for us. Scott spotted it early and took quick action to remove it safely. He then used a preventative product to make sure it wouldn't come back. Knowing Scott handled this so thoroughly gave us a lot of peace of mind. The new room addition, an all seasons room, is now our favorite spot in the house. It's perfect for relaxing and entertaining all year round. Scottâ s attention to detail and craftsmanship are clear in every part of this new addition. From planning to the final touches, Scott was always available to answer our questions and keep us updated on the progress. Working with Scott was a breeze. He's not only skilled and knowledgeable but also very easy to talk to. He listened to our ideas, gave us great suggestions, and made sure everything went smoothly and stress-free. His dedication to making sure we were happy with the project was really impressive. In short, we highly recommend Global Property Services for any home improvement projects. Scott and his team did an amazing job, making our home more beautiful and functional. If you're looking for a reliable and talented contractor, go with Global Property Services. Thank you, Scott, for turning our vision into reality!"

"We couldn’t be happier. The upstairs is beautiful. Tim kept everything cleaned up while working, showed up promptly and kept sub use to a minimum . Everyone who worked in our home went out of their way to make sure we understood all work, and were polite and respectful. Phase 1 went so well that we have hired Tim to do phase 2 - take the kitchen back to studs, move it to a new location, create a laundry room (it’s out of the basement now Yea!) and walk-in pantry, new half bath, change all electrical to white, wood floors, all new doors, new baseboards and crown molding. We are part way through phase 2 and couldn’t be happier. Our home is becoming the beautiful dream home we’ve always wanted. We feel blessed to have found Tim and highly recommend him. We never thought we would be one of those people that love their contractor, but we do."

"The principal, Hart, and his guys did an awesome job finishing up bathroom and floor trim as well as hanging and trimming 3 pocket doors the previous contractor gave up on. Sturdy Woodworks does great work at a fair price. I would hire them again"

"I hired Mike to do several small remodeling projects around my home. He was able to complete them quickly, and better than I had imagined. I won?t go to anyone else from now on. Professional, clean and gets the job done right every single time - no matter how big or small the job is he puts the same effort in to each project."

"I am still working with Nick Schmelzer on this project. Not Dave's Carpentry."

"AIS did a GREAT job on the project, finishing one half of my full basement. The work performed met all of my expectations and more. I'm very happy with the end result and would definitely hire AIS again should I have a need for another home improvement. Also, the AIS staff and all of the sub-contractors were always pleasant and easy to work with. I will highly recommend AIS to anyone whos asks."
