Tim did a superb job of tearing out the old, putting in the new and repairing the active wet spots in the kitchen ceiling. I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. He is very timely, works consistently and stays on schedule. I can't say enough how happy I am with his end result on this project! I'll be having him back to do another bathroom soon!

We are extremely pleased with the work that was done. Tim was very professional, worked in a timely manner and left my house clean at the end of each day. He helped me with the tile design and questioned me, when needed, to make sure he was doing what I wanted.

Tim did a fantastic job with our kitchen. He worked with us through the process, coming up with solutions when we encountered unexpected challenges. His craftmanship is remarkable. Tim tore out our kitchen and drywall, installed new drywall and overhead lights, a new ceiling, installed new cabinets, and installed the tile backsplash. Everything looks better than we could have imagined! We will certainly hire him for any future projects. His estimated timeline was perfect and he started right when expected. Fantastic contractor!

We couldn’t be happier. The upstairs is beautiful. Tim kept everything cleaned up while working, showed up promptly and kept sub use to a minimum . Everyone who worked in our home went out of their way to make sure we understood all work, and were polite and respectful. Phase 1 went so well that we have hired Tim to do phase 2 - take the kitchen back to studs, move it to a new location, create a laundry room (it’s out of the basement now Yea!) and walk-in pantry, new half bath, change all electrical to white, wood floors, all new doors, new baseboards and crown molding. We are part way through phase 2 and couldn’t be happier. Our home is becoming the beautiful dream home we’ve always wanted. We feel blessed to have found Tim and highly recommend him. We never thought we would be one of those people that love their contractor, but we do.

He set it up on very short notice, and did an excellent job. He dropped everything he was doing to do it, which I was very appreciative of. We wanted to get this installed before Memorial Day Weekend. He was in and out in less than an hour and a half. He was right on time, and had a good price. He was very responsive, trustworthy, and his communication was very good too.

Absolutely fabulous! Tim is a true professional whom I found on Angie's List. We are recent transplants to Columbus having purchased a house (relatively new construction) 5 mths ago. Last week, a heavy crash sounded, and we found a kitchen side cabinet had dislodged from the wall. This is a single shelving unit with drawer and a very heavy granite top (matching the granite counters in the kitchen). Tim was readily available, came to the house, took care of all the necessary repairs and re-installed the unit to look as good as new. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He even fixed a portion of our banister that broke for not charge. We are delighted to have found him as our new handyman..we will be using his services many more times in the future!!!

Tim did an excellent job installing our backsplash. He worked cleanly and efficiently, and completed the job ahead of schedule. Tim paid close attention to every detail to insure that we were completely satisfied with the result of his work. We most definitely will use his services again for future home projects. He did a wonderful job of removing the old frame and door with minimal impact to surrounding framing and drywall and vinyl siding on house exterior. This was a small task for a very skilled craftsman!!

Tim was GREAT! He showed up when he said he would (Which is a rare commodity these days!). He gave me a very reasonable quote and his final work product was phenomenal! We will use Tim again. He is out "go to guy." If you want someone reliable, honest, and turns out high quality work. If you we use Tim, you will not be sorry!

Within a couple days of contacting Tim he came out to give us a quote. We needed the work done pretty quickly, and he was able to come out the following week to complete the job. It took about three days to complete which is what Tim quoted us. He also charged us a flat rate for the labor plus whatever supplies would cost. He quoted $1,200 total and the final total was $1,157. He also supplied all the receipts for materials. Great attention to detail and was very clean throughout the process. We are very pleased with the final result; it looks like the closet has been there since the house was built.

Tim completely gutted and remodeled our master bath as well as our kids' bathroom. Both turned out wonderful and we are very happy with his work. He put in ceramic tile floors, tiled both showers, installed tubs, toilets, vanities , painted, did all trim and hung all bathroom accessories.
I also hired Tim to do handyman work, he installed new kitchen faucet, new light fixtures, patched drywall in our basement and painted. He also painted our front door and put new hardware on. Everything looks great.
Tim does what he says he is going to do and is very reliable and trustworthy. He is great with communication and pays a lot of attention to detail and does exactly what the customer asks him to do. He offers good suggestions when you're not sure exactly what you want to do. He gave us a fair and honest price and followed through with everything perfectly. He works really hard and rarely even takes a break ! I would definitely recommend Steger Renovations.

I purchased a bank owned home back in mid 2015 with the intention of fixing it up and renting it out. I had to contract out several of the jobs that I could not personally do. Steger Renovations was able to do the majority of renovations inside the home from the remodeling of the kitchen and bathrooms to the drywall, painting and trim work and doors. I know that Steger Renovation is also very good with tile work, deck work, demo work and the professional finishing of basements or room additions. I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend Steger Renovation for your next home project!

I received a contract on a house I am selling. The buyers requested that the above listed items be repaired. I was referred to Mr. Steger. He was able to make all the repairs in a timely fashion at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend him and I will use him again.

Tim was excellent to work with and does excellent work. Always on time and always working.
I now have a laundry room on the first floor and beautiful floors.
I am a senior and very very picky. Clean up was done everyday before he left.
Hire him...you'll be glad you did.
