One Star – Poor Workmanship and Unprofessional Service Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. During the job, the crew severely cracked one of our concrete aprons—completely undermining the purpose of the work, as it created a spot where water now pools next to the house. Worse yet, the two-man team never informed me of the damage. I discovered it myself during a walk-through. When I contacted the office the same day, Briana seemed concerned and asked me to send a photo. I did—then heard nothing back for weeks. No updates, no plan to fix the issue—just a bill. I followed up by phone and asked to speak to a manager. No one ever came out or returned my call. Briana eventually left a voicemail, but when I called back, there was no willingness to discuss the problem or offer any resolution. Her tone was dismissive, and she did not come across as helpful or professional. In short, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude led to a deeply frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this company.

Front driveway concrete slabs were raised in several places thus causing a hazrdous situation. Jackcrete staff from the time of estimate to finish job did a a fantastic job. They are very professional in what they do and deliver as promoised. They left my driveway clean after fixing the concrete. You could never tell after it got fixed.. I would recommend them.

I had a great experience with Jackrete. The were prompt and organized in the estimate phase and provided a very detailed and accurate estimate. I had actually contacted them when I purchasing the house and my inspection report indicated repair was needed for the concrete gutter system. The provided an accurate assessment of the inspection report that enabled me to go ahead and purchase the home in a very competitive time. The work crew showed up on time and briefed me on the work that was to be performed and the time needed. This was right on the money and I was very satisfied with the meticulous approach in the concrete-raising actions. I was very pleased with the result.

We had a sidewalk section that had settled over an inch in the corner near a drain. That created a trip hazard that had already caused a couple of near falls. First we got a quote from the heavily advertised 3-letter foundation company. After recovering from sticker shock, we called JACKCRETE for an estimate, which turned out to be less than HALF of the big name quote. On the day that JACKCRETE did the work, I could not be there, but my wife was home. They had a question as they were doing the job and rather than proceeding, they actually called me to check on a detail. I appreciate that level of concern for doing the job right. We are VERY pleased with the result. The sidewalk is level, drains properly, and is no longer a trip hazard. p.s. I personally redid the expansion joint, not part of the JACKCRETE work.

They came out and completed the work on our front porch. They did an excellent job. The employees were nice and worked very quick. They also offered us suggestions on making the front porch better.

Everyone I dealt with at Jackcete was very polite. They arrived within minutes of the times they scheduled. Once they arrived they staged their equipment and were very efficient in time management and all completed all the work in under an hour. They cleaned up and were gone in no time at all.

Bottom Line Up Front: I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this business! Outstanding service from beginning to end; scheduling the estimate, the estimate itself, scheduling the actual work, and finally the execution of the work. Every person I dealt with along the way was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The technicians arrived at almost exactly the scheduled time and were a real pleasure to interact with. They raised several sections of our pool's concrete deck and injected foam under other sections to ensure they did not shift in the future. During the foam installation process, the technicians discovered several large voids under the slabs that required a lot mor foam than originally estimated. They notified me as soon as they discovered they would need to pump more than estimated, so I was not surprised when the final bill arrived. What's more, Jackcrete was very, very fair with the final charges.

They came out in less than a week than when I called. Finished in under an hour, and did great work raising our driveway and sidewalk.

Jackcrete responded promptly to my request for an estimate to align ground gutters that settled over the years and ceased functioning properly. The estimation technician explained the process, the expected results and answered all my questions clearly. The dispatcher coordinated the work crew with consideration of our schedule and weather to obtain the best results. The work crew were courteous and efficient. The results were fantastic; even better than I expected. They cleaned up so well, you would not know they had been there. I can recommend them for any concrete repair jobs.

Jackcrete was recommended to level sections of my 35 year old walkway in front of my home. Absolute magic - they drilled a couple of small holes, injected their foam, and up came the concrete slabs. Now they are all level an the trip hazards are gone.

They were prompt, finished the work in 1hr and cost was almost half of the competitor. (Competitor was giving 5 year warranty, Jakcrete gives 2 years.)
