"Been waiting for a plumber for a week, kept getting appt moved. Finally checked Angi and found Georgeâ s Drains. They called me within 5 minutes of entering my info for a quote. Told me they were on a job but would come after. When Juan & Cameron arrived, they were very professional and went right to work. Had our clogged drain issue resolved in an hour. "Price was exactly as quoted. He was able to tell me over the phone based on the age of my house about what size tanks. Asked for price and he said that it would be $250 for primary tank and an additional $100 if he needed to do the second. We had not had this service performed since we moved in 8 years ago. Once on-site, he said that he could see some 'discoloratization' and recommended that it be done, but did not hard sell it at all. I went ahead and authorized the cleaning of the second tank. Afterwards, he said that he thought it was a good idea that I had it done. He also said now that given the number of people in the home the primary tank shouldn't have to be done again for another 4-5 years and second tank maybe not ever if system stays healthy. Job was finished is about 30 minutes. Very pleasant and professional, used on a referral from my neighbor. Only rated him a "B" on quality since, well, how would I know? I'm not going down there!"

"I called Jack Woods Plumbing, and they had a cancellation for the afternoon, so were able to fit me in. The plumber called to tell me that he was on his way, and soon after he arrived, the sink was unclogged, the drain in the bathtub was adjusted so that it drained more quickly, and the plumbing under two more sinks was inspected to see if there were any leaks. The plumber was polite and professional, and without our asking, he gave us a senior discount."
