Though this was a small project I felt CARIFA TILE considered me an important customer. Ciera, the project manager for my job, was hands-on from day one informing me of each step of my installation. Gustavos is a master craftsman who expertly installed my tiles, and I appreciated that his work area was contained and kept clean. "This company does it right. Firstly, I want to say that Landan was a joy to work with. He was so kind, transparent, and had everything under control. His entire team showed up ready to work and they were all very respectful of the fact that we were in an office space. A little backstory – we needed carpeting laid + cove base in our office. We went through the entire ordering & installation process with a big box store. Then, at the last moment, that store told us they would no longer be able to install it. We were on a tight deadline to get the spaces done and I called Landan in a panic as one of my neighbors had recommended Krumlauf Floors to me. He came out to assess the project in a timely manner, worked with us on price (we’re a non-profit and he was very understanding and flexible), and got us on the books quickly. Since we were supplying the materials, Landan always got back to me promptly whenever I had questions or concerns. He recommended the best products for us and everything worked out perfectly. They finished the whole job in 2 days…and it was a big one. Both days, they picked up after themselves, left the spaces pristine, and did GREAT work on the carpeting. I cannot tell you how incredible this team is. They’re great guys who take pride in their work. I would hire them again and again. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for folks who will care about you and leave you with a beautiful end-product. They are the BEST!"

"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

"Nick did a fabulous job on our basement remodel. His craftmanship and creative problem solving really helped transform a challenging space in our 100+ year home. While there are many good contractors and carpenters out there, what sets Nick apart is his excellent communication skills and willingness to incorporate our ideas into the project in a way that combined our vision for the project and Nick's technical expertise to create a beautiful update to our home. Nick did a great job keeping us in the loop as the project was going and always was clear about any issues he encountered and potential ways to address them. We added a good number of additional components to the job and he was able to effectively address all aspects of the project (plumbing, electric, HVAC, dry wall, insulation, etc.) really well and keep things moving along with minimal disruptions. He is very detailed in his final trim and door work and definitely knows how to make things look very good! He did a great job with clean up too and was very helpful with material sourcing to achieve our desired look and style. I highly recommend him to friends and family and look forward to seeing what he will accomplish as he continues to build his business."

"I had an urgent project. I got my new dining set and thought that the delivery people were ask going to set it up. I was wrong. It was all in boxes and too heavy for me to put together. I put the job out and Benjamin got back to me almost immediately. He came over quickly, was extremely professional and friendly. Good man. I will definitely consider him and his company for future home projects. "

"We were very excited when we hired Justin for this job. The job ended up more expensive than we were originally quoted but that was due to our current floor being much harder to remove that we thought. We were understanding of the increase but as the days went on, the quality of work decreased. The job ended up taking twice the amount of time to complete and we already have a board coming up that we cannot get him to come back out and fix- this is 3 months post job. We have messaged and called twice with no response. While the company is young, we tried to be as understanding as possible and now wish we would have gone another route."

"NHance painted our cupboards, installed new cabinet doors and drawer fronts and installed some new cabinets in our kitchen a couple years ago. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism. Unfortunately I damaged a couple of our cabinet doors about a year ago. Last week I went to NHance office to purchase some of their cabinet cleaner and Kyle was there. I told him about my cabinet doors and asked him if I brought them in could he repair them. He said sure bring them in! A few days later â free of chargeâ he repainted the doors for me and they look like new! That is awesome customer service! Thanks Kyle!"
