Lukas is a Drain Cleaning Superhero! I recently had a major clogged drain line in my home on and I’m so happy I found Lukas on Thumbtack. From the moment he arrived, I could tell he was a true professional who takes his craft and his company seriously. Lukas took the time to fully understand the issue and explain the process he would use to clear the clog. He got to work right away to quickly locate and remove the stubborn clog. He worked diligently and efficiently, and I was amazed at how quickly he was able to get my drain flowing freely again. Not only did Lukas do an excellent job clearing the clog, but he also left my home spotless. He cleaned up every bit of debris and made sure there was no mess left behind. Luke and his partner were very easy going and did a professional job. They even went to the local hardware store twice to pick specific parts we wanted. They also found a leak from sump pump noted when shutting off main water and they fixed that real quick as well.

Great experience, highly recommend. We called them and explained the issue they gave us a quote (which was the best one out of a couple places we called). He was on time and very professional. Ended up clearing a clog that we had in our line. Will definitely consider these guys again when we need more work done.

I contacted Luke about replacing a kitchen faucet on Monday and he showed up the very same evening! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He even pointed out that I may need to replace my garbage disposal soon. I have already scheduled for him to come back and do that as well. R5 will definitely be my go to for several other upcoming projects!!

Everything went great. I had them put a half bath down in the basement and also had them put a new roof on our house. Communication, pricing, and scheduling were all great. I'd definitely recommend them to other people to have work done on their house.
