The two expert technicians arrived on time, removed the old gas water heater and a fair amount of old plumbing, and then furnished and installed a Bradford White 40-gallon gas Power Vent water heater (including setting up the required Columbus City permit, with the successful city inspection being done later on 4/12/2017). This installation included installing a water heater safety pan with drain, and replacing the existing water heater expansion tank.
