"Was having problems with my HVAC / heat pump. I didn't want to call the emergency number on a Sunday, but I saw I could schedule service online. I picked a date and time and received e-mail and text confirmation. Tech arrived on time and found multiple issues. It was a 17-year system, which they have worked on in the past. They have always been on time and updated me on their arrival time. We went over the options to keep the system running (repairs and parts), but ultimately decided it would be better to replace it with a new and more efficient unit. Keri, in the office, provided a few quotes for systems with varying options and efficiencies. I selected a variable-stage compressor unit, and I'm looking forward to the installation soon. I will post again after the install."

The AC installation was done very professionally. During the install a crack was found in the heat exchanger of the furnace. Again exceptional service was provided from quote to install. Big shot out to Mike Brown, Brock, Haidar, Brian and Dakota. There was another gentlemen with Brock and I can’t remember his name. So sorry!! He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
