We were very pleased with the exterior window cleaning service provided by 20/20 View. The young man who performed the cleaning was extremely professional and friendly. He arrived on time, explained everything in advance, confirmed the cost and in short order had all the windows spotlessly cleaned. We would absolutely hire them again.

The technicians were polite, professional. They called before they came to let me know that they could come earlier than scheduled which was fine with me. They did a great job and put everything back in place and left area clean. I would hire this company again.

Clintonville - We had our 80 year old slate roof cleaned. The results were astounding. Before it was black with mildew, mold and algae. Now it looks like new. Work was performed by the owner, Micrin Norman, with careful attention to protecting our property and plantings. They were courteous and easy to communicate and work with.

Their technician named Micrin did an excellent job. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. They did the work for exactly the amount of the deal. He even recommended a company to fix my missing\broken dryer vent through the wall.

They did an excellent job and found an issue with my gutter guard that needs addressed. I was not aware of this problem and I am glad to know so that I can have it fixed. It is probably the cause of moisture my brother noticed in my crawl space!

Terrible. A complete nightmare. 20/20 View LLC came over without setting up a time that we both agree on. I am very upset that your crew showed up unannounced ready to do work that morning without a confirmation call or anything . The communication with your business is terrible. I took pictures of the damage on my property. -the grass is dead in the areas where they sprayed the power washer. -the man told me that he has to spray down all vegetation: that is a lie. Now all of the landscaping and plants are dead from the chemical . -They even killed potted plants on my backyard patio that had vegetables that we cant eatbecuase they are contaminated and dead. -I have to replant my entire landscapting and 4 of my vegetable gardens. -All of my plants are dead and there are marks from the product being sprayed on them. -The hose was left taken a part and in the middle of the yard on the side of my house. -complained hteir equipment wasnt working and malfunctioned and it shows in the burnt spot in the grass This is very unprofessional and I want a refund. If not I am filing charges for damage to my property and taking this to court because there is over $1000 worth of damages to the physical home and the plants around it. Some person of the name of Dani Broadwater emailed me at 5 in the morning on 8/10/19 stating they would come out to look at the damages. Once again no time setup or anything. I am ready to go to court over this because all of my plants, a front window that faces the street and gardens are killed and polluted.

We live in New Albany and this was the first time I have used 20/20 View, LLC, but it will NOT be the last. They were excellent! Even had to reschedule due to weather and they were on top of it with amazing communication. Incredibly professional, they even did some additional work ( screen cleaning). They sent me a text letting me know they were on their way and were on time. They continued to communicate, if they had questions, which I really appreciated. You certainly get what you pay for. In addition, they were a bunch of nice gentlemen, who did an awesome job!

Not good. After they rescheduled me 3 times, I finally nailed them down to a time. I used them a couple of years ago and they did a great job. Everything they did last time was now an "extra add - on" like garage doors front face of gutters. After they were done, 2 days later my fire bush lost most of its leaves. I had brown residue dripping down my tan siding. took 4 calls and threatened to leave a bad review. finally called back after a week. said they would come out and check the bush and wash any debris off siding. Had to wait a week and they didn't show. Left a message and haven't heard back. This is def. the worst I have ever been treated in a business transaction. Horrible customer service. Will see them in small claims court for the dead bush which they admitted happens. Stay away from this company.

It went fabulously well. The crew was on time, and did a marvelous job. Communication is always great, scheduling is very well done, and they stick to it every time. We have used 20/20 View several times and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Your house will look like new and you will be a very satisfied customer like we are. This house is a relative's house which we are selling for them, but we intend to use 20/20 on our house this year as well.
