After talking to our staff on June 24 regarding the quote to replace your coil, your service records were pulled for review. Our manager returned your call the same day and left a voice mail to call our office regarding the previous service (June 15). The issue regarding the three pounds of refrigerant used to charge your system on June 15 can be easily resolved by just calling our office. We appreciate your business.Service Provider Response
