They were very thorough, very professional. They gave the extra mile. They were fast to respond to my request to the time to do the installation of the carpet. Their sales person was awesome, I did not feel pressure and worked with me with the price. I am happy. They did an awesome job!

A nonstop bait and switch. They require YOU to deposit but THEY can not even commit to supplying you what you ordered can even be done. Total scam. Do Not use them.

Great Work and finished quickly.

Fast, efficient, curtious, cleaned as they worked, and verified how I wanted things done. I have a bad back, so moving furniture and large items was out of the question, but they had no problem moving things as needed. My job was almost 1000 sq ft of LVP with tricky transitions, and if I was in good enough shape to do it myself, it would have been a 3 or 4 day job. They were done in about 7 hrs.

From the quote to the finished project, they were friendly, professional, and curtious. I thought my job would take at least two days, but they would have finished in about 7 hours had it not taken just a little more material than expected. Installers came another day and were finished in about an hour. They cleaned as they worked and made sure the flooring was installed the way I wanted it. Very nice job.

So impressed with them, I recommended them to a friend who also needed hardwood installed. They too were impressed. Time from quote to completion is amazing, as is product and service.

They could not finish the installation, we already ordered the quarter round and no one reaching out to me to start the second installation. No one calling back and I called them many times they did not return my call to comeback and finish the project.

Sales Jennifer was great during the sales process. But when there was an issue with the installation day there was almost no communication. I was getting LVP, tile, and carpet and set aside 3 days for them to complete the job. No one showed up the 1st day even though I called several times to verify my appointment and was assured each time I was still on the schedule. The next day after finally getting someone from the corporate office I had to reschedule to have the work done in over 2 days and I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate them. The installers were on time on the rescheduled days and did a good job. (I have found one area where they will need to come back and make LVP flush with the wall...waiting on a call from installation). There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. The corporate office was apologetic and did give me a discount on the work that was done. I don't think I will use them for future work.

I would hire this group of men 10 times over! From the sales person to the three installers, all was perfect!

Great job on the floors and stairs. There were some communication issues at first, but it all came together. Their crews were terrific and handled all the problems created from multiple remodeling projects over the years.

They came in to lay tile down on my bathroom floor and they left a gap between the tile in the middle of the floor that I now have to cover with a rug and they put new trim over top of my old trim without remove the old trim. I should have call and complain If I would knew it would get fixed

They left a huge mess. It took me two hours to clean it up. Not happy.

The carpet on the stairs has nails poking through. I have called repeatedly and was told someone would contact me. It has been a month, and there were two tickets opened about it. Its yet to be resolved.

Good job adding the carpet the laminate flooring laid in the bathroom they did not level the floor and still haven’t heard back from them to fix it

They said they did not use contractors, they did. They said the job would get done in 1 or 2 days. It was started and then went undone for 10 days, because of a sub floor issue. I was told by their contractor they would do the repair, which they did not. After many calls, to multiple people they said they would finish the job without doing the bathroom which they said they would refund me, which as of today, they never have. There customer service lines are always busy and their salesman out right lie to you. Worst experience I have ever had, with a contractor. This is the first time I have used Angie's list as well, and I doubt I will be using them again if you have companies like this on your service.

Project was pushed back an extra day I wasn't notified which was an inconvenience for me. I would have appreciated a call. Job was well done.

Empire Today uses subcontractors so it is hard to rate them as an overall company for their work. However, their customer service is handling my complaint about my dishwasher being moved and rendered inoperable. They have a good selection of LVP and wood products for floors and I would use them again.

Was on time or called to coordinate. Very professional.
