The construction started a day early and Bryan was expert--I mean super expert having built decks for over 20 years. The process involved questions and few minor changes (no skirting, 4ft steps, and partial privacy wall adjustment). All interactions with Bryan with questions were so positive and options given so that I would be happy with the end result. Bryan said this and meant it. "I had used this company before to wash the house and was quite pleased, so I accepted their quote, although it was slightly higher than another company. The appointment was from between 8-10 AM, and only minutes after 8:00 they were here. The deck, in particular, was VERY dirty and had been neglected due to family illness. It was solid but looked pretty rough. I was amazed when they finished how good it looked! It still needs some repairs and painting, but they spent lots of time getting every spot as clean as possible - it looks great! They removed a glider that I needed moved off the deck, cleaned the house very well, and Crin, the sales technician, explained everything they were doing. I was both impressed and pleased with their work and will certainly use them in the future.."
