"My deck is stellar!! There aren't enough stars for Fence-N-Deck Doctors. My experience was perfect from the start. Jef the owner came out promptly for estimate. Quick, efficient, fair, professional. The construction started a day early and Bryan was expert--I mean super expert having built decks for over 20 years. The process involved questions and few minor changes (no skirting, 4ft steps, and partial privacy wall adjustment). All interactions with Bryan with questions were so positive and options given so that I would be happy with the end result. Bryan said this and meant it. Yes, it is stressful to make an investment but my friend had referred Fence-N-Deck Doctors and all indicators were these are solid, caring and skilled individuals that work as loyal friends and a team. Bryan was absolutely full of integrity. Everything about my deck being built was beyond my expectations. So hard to find this quality of work in these times. "Micah arranged for one of his crew to mow our lawn before we even selected his company as our provider.  He knew it was getting overgrown and we didn't have anyone lined up yet.  When we did select Dean Landscaping, we got off to a rocky start.  Micah had promised someone knowledgeable and capable of pruning beyond the normal "ball" or "hedge" shape.  He took a long time to deliver on that, and then the person had none of the qualities we were seeking.  We had some words with Micah about this, and he was probably just as unhappy as we were.  When we finally acknowledged that we are "picky" and we needed to search further for an expert in that area, we became more satisfied to keep Dean Landscaping for our mowing and edging only.  Micah has a nice crew of college students who have an excellent work ethic and are pleasant to be around.  They do a great job with the mowing and edging, and clean up our property very well before leaving.  They are very dependable.  At this point, we definitely plan to continue to use Dean Landscaping for our future lawn maintenance.  The only criticism now is that we have an irrigation system that should not be run the day before or the day of mowing.  Sometimes the day is changed and we have one area that tends to flood and then is too wet to mow.  Advance notice of a route change would be helpful to them and to us.  This has not been a problem the last few weeks, so maybe there aren't any issues remaining.  Bottom line is that we are satisfied with the job they are doing and will continue to use them.  Would recommend them to others.   We rated them an "A" based on lawn care only, but others may also find them perfectly suitable for bed maintenance as well.

"They did a good job.  The only thing that bothered me about them is I had told them that I wanted to be here when they did it and they came at a time when I wasn’t here and as a result, our backyard has a fence around the back of it and our yard area extends like 5 to 6 feet on either side of the fence and they didn’t do the aeration or fertilization or the seeding outside the fence area, so there was a fairly large section that they missed."

"I had used this company before to wash the house and was quite pleased, so I accepted their quote, although it was slightly higher than another company. The appointment was from between 8-10 AM, and only minutes after 8:00 they were here. The deck, in particular, was VERY dirty and had been neglected due to family illness. It was solid but looked pretty rough. I was amazed when they finished how good it looked! It still needs some repairs and painting, but they spent lots of time getting every spot as clean as possible - it looks great! They removed a glider that I needed moved off the deck, cleaned the house very well, and Crin, the sales technician, explained everything they were doing. I was both impressed and pleased with their work and will certainly use them in the future.."
