"We just have it done every three months. If we find an insect or something between times, you would call them. They'll come right out and do whatever has to be done. Tom came out and not only removed the section that was damaged, but pulled out basically the whole row of boards and insulation that followed along where our kitchen and porch meet (not damaged, but older).  He then added all new insulation and replaced all the boarding holding it up.  His charge for all of this doesn't seem fair... to him.
