"The installation went as planned."

"The service was excellent and the price very good. Peter the technician was very knowledgeable and provided good advice on keeping the entire system running smoothly. He even rerouted a drain pipe from the evaporator to make it more efficient and gave pointers on keeping it clean, while also installing cut off valve to shut down the system in case the pipe becomes clogged, at no additional cost. Peter left the service areas cleaner than when he arrived. The service manager even came to assist as a fellow employee had called in sick. That is teamwork and a manager that cares about his people, and his costumers. He knew I didn't want someone in my house until 9 p.m. that night, and that Peter probably didn't want to do that either, so he came to assist so they both got out of here by 5 p.m. with a wonderfully done job. I can't find a reason to do business with anyone else in this town for my heating and cooling needs."

"Apex Plumbing, Heating and Air Pros, are the place to go. They come out and give you a free estimate and honest opinion. I had them replace my water heater and my furnace, and they did a wonderful job on both. I felt that I got the best deal and I was not taken advantage of because I am a woman. I fully recommend Apex and would not go with anyone else"

Hi! I’m Matt and I’ve been plumbing for 2 years! I’ve worked with and installed many different systems, but I specialize in water heater install and service, repairing leaks in drainage and water pipes, and installing fixtures! I believe all work must be done neatly and to the home/business owner’s standards, no matter what.

"Installation went great , workers Pat , Scot and Scot were very professional and any questions I or my wife had they answered very professionally . I am very pleased with the installation they did ."

"I submitted a request on Angies List for a quote on my AC unit. I was unsure if a repair or replace was needed. I almost immediately had a call back and a schedule for someone to come take a look. Mike called me before arriving and was very prompt. He was very polite and professional and took time to fully inspect the unit. It turns out a new unit was needed and he went through my options and quoted prices. The pricing is very competitive. A new unit was scheduled for installation the next day. The AC installation was done very professionally. During the install a crack was found in the heat exchanger of the furnace. Again exceptional service was provided from quote to install. Big shot out to Mike Brown, Brock, Haidar, Brian and Dakota. There was another gentlemen with Brock and I can’t remember his name. So sorry!! If you need any work done on HVAC, give Five Star heating and cooling a shot. awesome job guys!"

"Ronnie kept me informed on what he was doing. He had to get a part that turned out to be unusual and he tracked it down and installed it. Very professional. Cleaned up after the jobs and was careful walking around the house. Wore booties so as not to dirty the carpet."

"Within 2 hours of calling, Pipeco came to my house, removed the old, broken water heater and installed a new one in two hours. It was impressive. I had a home warranty, so the cost was only $100. The installer was excellent, efficient, courteous, and very tidy. This job could not have been done better."

"Clive was very friendly and prompt. He ran a water connection to my fridge in a timely manner for the price he quoted me. I will definitely use his services again."
