I was out of town at the time, and later that day when asking for an update from my wife she simply said, "They came out, and they fixed it." Thankfully I didn't have to rip-out my planting beds, or my front lawn, to diagnose and fix the issue. Considering what the cost and time would be for that, Well's saved me big time! He went straight to work and was able to unclog our sink fairly quickly even though the clog was so bad it broke the snake tool!
