I really appreciated the info she gave me and the extra effort she put into getting someone out to me quickly. Once the crew got here, they found the problem fast, which was a clog due to the outlet pipe being too long and coming up too close to a concrete wall in the tank. It was a quick fix to shorten the pipe and get rid of the clog, and I haven't had a problem since."

"The technician was very capable and had everything working again in about 40 minutes. He was very thorough and showed me how the drains were configured which caused undue stress on the joints between the various drain pipes (sink, disposal, dishwasher). He reconfigured everything, put new seals on made sure all of the lines were free of any items that could potentially cause a blockage, especially the dishwasher drain that he vacuumed out. Over all I am very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism."

After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"He fixed the leak but we had several issues with the quality of the job. He had to cut into the wall behind the shower, which we knew would have to happen before we even called. He left the bathroom floor a huge mess. He could’ve easily put a drop cloth down. It took over 30 minutes to clean up after him. The tub fixture he replaced is crooked and loose. It doesn’t sit tight against the shower wall and there’s not enough caulk in the gap. He was a very young plumber and I get that maybe it was a little more complicated than he anticipated. For almost $700, we expected better quality work. I wouldn’t hire again or recommend this company to anyone."
