Before signing, we asked how long the project would take. They said it would take 4 to 5 days, which somewhat justified the high labor price for the 4 workers and the Project Leader. The project actually only took 2 days but, I got no credit for the lesser project time. To justify the gap, they jumped the previously quoted charge out rate from $90 /man/hr to $150 - $200/man/hr.
