They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. They fixed problems that my previous plumber had caused and had refused to admit were problems. The Generator had not been working, Generator company said it was gas piping issues, old plumber who did original hookup and subsequent maintenance refused to accept that – but Discount Drains immediately identified several problems with existing gas plumbing, re-piped the gas feed, and surprise – the Generator fired right up and ran for the first time in months. Explained process. Cleaned up after service. Honored Angie's List offer. Only additional cost was for replacement shut-off valves needed due to the type of faucet I had selected and even that was quite reasonable. Great service.
