"Tyler showed up on time, and worked efficiently & neatly. The new disposal is slightly larger than the old one, so undersink pipes had to be adjusted a bit. Project took a bit less than the estimated time quote. Since the installation (a week ago) all as worked OK without issues."

"We called Mr. Rooter to look at our water heater which had some corroded connections and small leaks. Dan from Mr. Rooter was very professional. He clearly went over the options and pricing for replacing the valves vs a new hot water tank vs a tankless system. There was zero pressure from the technician, he simply went over the pros and cons of each option and let us decide, and then quickly went about installing the new system. I couldn’t be happier."

"Excellent. We had other projects we wanted done, but they explained to us that installation of these fixtures (and a new outlet) would involved drywall being cut and they wanted us to know this before starting. We decided this wasn't worth doing.
They arrived for the estimate a few minutes early, and arrived the day to work right on time. Matt did the installation, and he was professional, courteous, neat and clean. He was only there 1/2 a day.
