He said I can replace it today, He went to the hardware store brought back a quality water heater, he took out the old and installed the new. He left no mess behind including hauling away the old heater, I highly recommend this very respectful hard working man. Thank you Rescue Rooter for sending Brian."

"Excellent. We had other projects we wanted done, but they explained to us that installation of these fixtures (and a new outlet) would involved drywall being cut and they wanted us to know this before starting. We decided this wasn't worth doing.
They arrived for the estimate a few minutes early, and arrived the day to work right on time. Matt did the installation, and he was professional, courteous, neat and clean. He was only there 1/2 a day.
