Clancy reviewed my roof and advised me that I have some severe hail and wind damage. Upon notification to my Insurance Company, I was advised that my claim is justified. From that point Clancy advised me that his team could install a Lifetime Dimensional Shingles, that has the longest warranty in its class. "Five or six years ago I had Bone Dry repair a roof that was leaking. The repair person determined where the leak was, and told me what the cost would be for the repair. Because it was under $500, I did not bother getting any other estimates. We scheduled the repair for later that week. He arrived when he had said, completed the work quickly, cleaned up so you couldnâ t tell anything was ever done and we never had another problem. Fast forward to September 2019. "The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."
