"We had a great experience with the company. Barry came out today and immediately found the problems we have had with pipe issues and running water. Another company told us we had "air" in our pipes. This was definitely not the issue. He was able to quickly locate and fix a few problems we had. He was very personable and even played with our dog. When we called we were told it would be about ten days so made the appointment since it wasn't an urgent issue. They called a few times to see if we were available because they had a cancellation and could get us in. They office called to let us know the window of time to expect them and then called back to let us know he was on his way. We are very pleased with the service we received and will use them again if we need to."

"Travis and team were professional and customer focused. They did the initial drain power cleand and video of inside. They did show the work that needed to be done and listened to what work was wanted completed and connect a downspout drain to link into the complete drain go street."

"The tech came, he looked at the water heater. He looked at the furnace. He looked at the AC unit but didn't take the side off. I stated the furnace, AC unit and outside unit were replaced in 2020. In his estimate he said I needed new indoor and outdoor coils, a new outdoor unit and he also said the AC was updated in 2016 which is inaccurate. They quoted me $9400. I cancelled the appt because I wanted someone else to see if they could figure it out. I did have someone else come over, they said the PVC pipe that was supposedly draining the water into my foundation was backed up therefore causing the water to drip through the furnace and all over the floor. So he installed a condensate pump and utilized the current PVC pipe. The pump was $75 and he charged $50 for the visit. So $125 solved the leaking problem. Im not sure why Eco Plumbers thought I needed $9400 worth of repairs. I will probably look elsewhere for similar maintenance from now on. The picture is the only fix I needed: a condensate pump."

"After job was done. Water was found in the crawl space. They came to check it and could not find where the water was coming from instead of further investigating. Then they cut two holes in the sealed lining which is supposed to be sealed. The drain pipe they installed just drains out into my yard and now I have water standing in my back yard. Very poor. Now I have other problems."
