"The work went very well. Two technicians came and they got the job done in less than a hour. Unclogging the kitchen sink required clearing the drain. Anticipating they'd need to clear the drain, I emptied out the cabinet underneath the sink. However, the work was done through an outside drainpipe that connects to the septic system. There were several options & corresponding costs for the service -- [if I'm understanding correctly] the essence of which would be clearing the drain with progressively tool[s] and a warranty-- the most expensive option was $400+. I didn't opt for the more expensive service. The option I selected was a regular drain clearing, which includes a camera scoping of the drain pipe once the line is cleared, which I've scheduled for another day. I had a smaller problem with a bathroom sink. The stopper was not allowing the water to drain at a regular pace. At no extra cost, the tech tweaked/ adjusted the stopper height and now the sink drains fine."

"I do not currently have any photos, but I did hire this company to come out and fix my bathtub drain. The price was very reasonable and the job was done completely. My drain is now fully clear of any clogs and it’s draining faster that it ever has, the mess from the clog was also cleaned up by the plumber and I had no cleanup afterwards, which I was very impressed with and grateful for. Not wanting to ignore the problem, I contacted OBA for a free estimate. Daryl was out soon after and he was extremely professional and courteous. But what I appreciated most of all was his honesty and not pushy. We ended up taking advantage of every service they offer (water proofing, reinforcement of a slightly bowing wall, finishing crawl space, new sump, new outside drain). While I’m never crazy about such a financial commitment, I feel that it was well worth the investment. The actual crew headed by Miguel was just as professional, doing an amazing job.
