After the vanity cabinetry was installed, Bill was able to schedule the plumbing work within the same week. Tim was able to come a little sooner and approached the job as a knowledgeable, seasoned professional. He was very helpful in explaining features of the product we purchased and information about warranty for future reference. Tim as well as Bill and Rex cate about the customer and are helpful and responsive to questions. Jack Woods Plumbing is always very busy in regard to scheduling work but they are trustworthy and reliable."

"After job was done. Water was found in the crawl space. They came to check it and could not find where the water was coming from instead of further investigating. Then they cut two holes in the sealed lining which is supposed to be sealed. The drain pipe they installed just drains out into my yard and now I have water standing in my back yard. Very poor. Now I have other problems."

MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "Chris & CJ from Stay Dry repaired a leak in our exterior gutter drain system that was originally installed by Stay Dry in 2021. They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. This 5 star review is for Chris' & CJ's performance only. Cost is unknown as our condo assn would handle costs, if any. Should be zero as this should be warranty work."
