He was very thorough and showed me how the drains were configured which caused undue stress on the joints between the various drain pipes (sink, disposal, dishwasher). He reconfigured everything, put new seals on made sure all of the lines were free of any items that could potentially cause a blockage, especially the dishwasher drain that he vacuumed out. Over all I am very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism."

"After job was done. Water was found in the crawl space. They came to check it and could not find where the water was coming from instead of further investigating. Then they cut two holes in the sealed lining which is supposed to be sealed. The drain pipe they installed just drains out into my yard and now I have water standing in my back yard. Very poor. Now I have other problems."

They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "Chris & CJ from Stay Dry repaired a leak in our exterior gutter drain system that was originally installed by Stay Dry in 2021. They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. This 5 star review is for Chris' & CJ's performance only. Cost is unknown as our condo assn would handle costs, if any. Should be zero as this should be warranty work."
