"I was very impressed with the quality and efficiency of the work performed by Ivan G., Antony M., and Austin W. I had been experiencing high humidity and odors from a crawlspace that needed to be encapsulated. The team came at about 9 a.m. and were finished by noon. They installed a double layer of material (a thick waffle-like layer and a top layer of heavy plastic) in the crawlspace, and up the walls. They applied foam to the perimeter beams. They installed a dehumidifier which empties directly into the sump pump and which self-boots after a power-outage. As the three men worked, I noticed their focus, team work, and knowledge of the process. It was like watching a ballet. They were excellent workers, courteous, and experienced. Highly trained. I would recommend Ohio Basement Authority to anyone with a basement or crawlspace problem. Thank you."

Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. "Chris & CJ from Stay Dry repaired a leak in our exterior gutter drain system that was originally installed by Stay Dry in 2021. They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. This 5 star review is for Chris' & CJ's performance only. Cost is unknown as our condo assn would handle costs, if any. Should be zero as this should be warranty work."
