"We had a strange odor in the house and feared that critters had gotten into the attic. Tim did a very thorough inspection on the outside, on the roof, and even climbing into the attic. He reassured us that there had been no animal intrusion or presence. He did suggest installing screens in the 61 weep holes around the house and plugging some small holes for mouse/insect control. Very low key, no pressure - just a suggestion. We agreed and contracted for ASAP to do the work. (Of interest, the odor was a failing motor on the HVAC fan.). ASAP Critter People will be my first call if I lose the raccoon battle anytime in the future."

Then when you call to cancel they say you only have 3 days from your first service to cancel or you have to pay $200 to get out of the service. Absolutely deceiving and terrible business practice. I was told to check them each morning before 9 am and call if there was anything in them and they would come out and deal with them / reset. They were also supposed to come back with more traps. The trap got tripped with nothing in it, I called twice before 9 am and left messages as requested, got no call back, no one ever came back to set more traps or deal with the two they had left. Paid $169 for two used chipmunk traps they don't seem interested in retrieving, I guess."
