I have them come quarterly. When I first started, they came in the house the first two times, and then after that, they just said to let them know if I see anything, otherwise they could just treat from outsides. They are prompt and courteous. Whenever I have a question, their customer service is always helpful. They must be doing a good job because I don't see a lot of bugs. I can't say anything negative about them because I've had excellent quality service, care, and everything from them. I even had an emergency arise and they were there later that day.
