Excellent. I ended up purhasing a 2 Yr contract for Termite and Pest Control Services and will not renew my contract with Terminex when it is up for renewal in June 2017.

I pay a monthly fee of $34. for a continued service.

That was okay. Southern Pest Control could have finalized the problem by solving the problem completely because even though there are trappers, the problem still exists until now according to the tenant. I mean, the tenant is calling me and telling me that she still has problems. I'm not sure about the quality because I wasn't there at home. I mean, it's all through my tenant. I think they responded reasonably well. I don't know about the punctuality, you'll have to ask the tenant because I wasn't there.

This company does not treat its customers well. After scheduling the service a week out and having someone in the house for the service time, no one showed up. The company says they sent someone there (but then later said they did not because it was raining). All I know is that no one came and knocked on the door so it could be heard. Then, because of this mishap, I tried to get them to come out the next day. They refused and said that I would have to wait another week till they had time to show up.

A job well done. The second year we have used them.

Brian came out and took complete care of our problem. He was very professional and courteous. Went right to work. Would definitely use again.

The technician was courteous and efficient. He did miss treatment in one room, but when I mentioned it to him, he treated the room.

Went well. They even got rid of a lot of outside spiders and their webs that was all over my windows and porch.

I hate to write this because the office manager is super nice and so was the technician, but the main reason I called was an ant problem on my back stone patio. When Johnny came out, he told me he felt confident that he had treated the problem but that I might need monthly service. Well the ants never went away and when I called a week and a half later to have him come back out, I was told that they do not guarantee the one-time service coupons that they sell on Angie's List. They wanted me to purchase a service plan but I explained I wasn't going to invest in a service plan when they hadn't proved they could do the job in the first place. It's too bad they are so short sighted.
