"We had a strange odor in the house and feared that critters had gotten into the attic. Tim did a very thorough inspection on the outside, on the roof, and even climbing into the attic. He reassured us that there had been no animal intrusion or presence. He did suggest installing screens in the 61 weep holes around the house and plugging some small holes for mouse/insect control. Very low key, no pressure - just a suggestion. We agreed and contracted for ASAP to do the work. (Of interest, the odor was a failing motor on the HVAC fan.). ASAP Critter People will be my first call if I lose the raccoon battle anytime in the future."

I had some mice and birds that were getting into our attic & we found a few mice in our house. He and his crew came in and removed everything thing in the attic, sanitized, sealed everything from the inside and then did brand new insulation. He checked on us over the next month and came back 2 more times to check the status of our attic trap. He was very fast, fair and professional. I would hire his company again."

Our company is almost like a one stop shop in that we can remove and repair animal control issues and eliminate roaches, bedbugs, ants, mice and other issues all in one visit. The owner has held general pest control licensing in some of the most regulated states like Texas and Ohio and has been in the industry since 2000. FHP or Far Hills Pest has been open since 2019 and is growing every day. We are a smaller company based out of Kettering, Ohio.

Then when you call to cancel they say you only have 3 days from your first service to cancel or you have to pay $200 to get out of the service. Absolutely deceiving and terrible business practice. I’ve been reading other reviews and they are doing this to everyone!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"
