After the animal is removed we offer warrantied repairs to the entry point to which animals where getting in. Not only will we repair the entry point, Raccoons, Removal of any nuisance animal ie; Bats, Squirrels, beaver, but we can also show you where animals will get in, chipmunks, coyotes, fox, groundhogs, in the future and point out weak spots in your home. They came out right away and only had two chipmunk traps available so they baited and set them. I was told to check them each morning before 9 am and call if there was anything in them and they would come out and deal with them / reset. They were also supposed to come back with more traps. The trap got tripped with nothing in it, I called twice before 9 am and left messages as requested, got no call back, no one ever came back to set more traps or deal with the two they had left. Paid $169 for two used chipmunk traps they don't seem interested in retrieving, I guess.

The whole process couldn't have been any easier. He came out the day we called him and assessed the situation, gave us a price immediately and we got our squirrel problem taken care of quickly. Erik was professional throughout every step of the process. We definitely recommend this company.

I had squirrels living in my attic this winter and it was time to get it taken care of! Eric and his team were absolutely wonderful! Timely, responsive, and really know their stuff. I was dreading this process and the expense but Critter Detective was so helpful and fair! I would recommend and use them again in a flash!

Had an appointment Tuesday, 6/18/19 at 3pm. No call, no show, still unable to get ahold of them. Not really happy about my husband taking time off work to be home to meet them. As a family who tries to support local business rather than chains, we are disappointed with the lack of professionalism. A courtesy call would have went a long way.
