"Eric called before our scheduled time to say he was finishing another project and he would arrive in 30 minutes. He was on time, looked at the clogged drain and provided options. He was able to clear the drain with a snake and finished the job in about an hour, which avoided the more expensive option to dig up and replace the drain pipe. He did a great job!
