The next phone call I received was from Mike (Manager) whom listened to the request for a quote and provided a high overview on the following steps needed for the 200 amp panel box replacement - including potential timeframe for completion. After a quick site visit, Mike took care of setting up the remainder including the permit. A couple days later Scott (Technician) arrived and within 3 hours completed the job - replacing the box, clean-up, and ensuring all connections were up/running. "This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903."

"I recently moved into a new home with some electrical issues, and I had been searching for an electrician for several weeks.  I interviewed dozens of electricians and could not find anyone that felt right for me and that I could trust.  I had several issues in the home, the first of which I wanted to tackle was the panel and service.
I saw an Angie's list deal and contacted Jeremy.  He responded right away.  He came out the same day to look at the panel and had his team out that same week to complete the work.  He was the most responsive and most thorough of the 10+ electricians I received quotes from or talked to.  He is not only an excellent electrician but is also a superior communicator and highly responsive.
All of the other electricians I spoke with were anywhere from 4+ to 8+ weeks out with work and frequently did not bother getting back with me on quotes or questions.  Jeremy was no more than 2 weeks out and always responded when I had a question or concern.
