"Xcellent came out and installed the new drains for our downspouts and sump pump. They cleaned up the yard and removed all the flags marking different systems that are in the yard. They are a very professional company and the prices were very reasonable!"

They did the extra exterior drain line installation per the contract footage pricing to take the sump line to the street curb. very quickly and appearing to be quite well done. The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation)."
