The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."

"I had hired PG to replace the septic tank two years ago. They seemed friendly and helpful completing the job quickly. It cost $6,000 for the new tank install. There were problems with the tank being full for the past two years and requiring pumping repeatedly. PG claimed it was just needing the filter cleaned, but that was done monthly with no improvement. After two years, they came out charging $300 to assess it again and claimed the leach field was bad, and an aerator system needed installed for $18,000. When I received 2nd and 3rd opinions stating the initial install was improper, and the tank had settled too low, PG became belligerent at the idea, stating that is not possible. They said they would come back out to inspect again and charge me for it, but would not fix anything because it was correct. They never would come back out from there. I had to use another company to come out dig the yard back up to fix their installation. The septic and leach field work fine. Do not hire PG."

The crew, Zach, Craig, Hunter, and Josh were the hardest workers ever and couldn’t have been more friendly and pleasant. All four, and Nick, went out of their way to put my mind at ease about the process. The crew are more than skilled workers, they are craftsmen. They did meticulous work and went above and beyond. While routing a line to avoid tearing up a garden bed, a huge rock had to be hacked out of the ground. It’s now a cool garden feature since one of the crew kindly offered to wash it off and haul it over to one of the garden beds! The terrific crew were so efficient that the work was completed in under four hours. You literally cannot see where the trench was dug. Last night, we had a gulley washer rainfall. My neighbors probably thought I had lost my mind standing in the street in the rain in the dark with a flashlight—but it was so great watching the rainwater pouring out of the new drainage pipe ? The entire experience with the folks at Rogers felt like I was working with family. Just amazing. I’m so happy to have found a trusted company to turn to if future foundation/ basement issues arise. Highly, highly recommend Rogers Basement Waterproofing!"

Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"
