"The valley on my roof was funneling all the water towards a gutter that was too short.  Lance roofing came in, replaced and added the shingles that needed to be replaced and installed a diverter.  Now all the water runs to the gutter like it is supposed to.

"Replace roof on the front of my house, replace flashing around 3 dormer windows and sealed all areas including a new boot for a plumbing vent. Ben was able to diagnose an unexplained leak into a bedroom and resolved it by adding a cap to the vent. House is 100 years old and has a few quirks not present in newer houses. Proper spacing is crucial for ensuring good airflow, adequate drainage, noise reduction, and better energy efficiency. The ideal spacing can depend on the roof's pitch and the specific type of metal roofing being installed.

Asphalt shingles blister when air gets trapped between building materials, either within the layers of the shingle itself or in adhesives on the undersides of the shingles. As the roof heats up in direct sunlight, the trapped gas expands and creates a bubble in the roof. Eventually, the bubble can pop, leaving an exposed area of decking and underlayment.

Fall is generally considered the best time of year for roof repairs. The weather is temperate and typically drier, which makes for safer working conditions and fewer delays. The days are also still long enough to complete the work.
