American Home Tech

Can someone tell me how we can get an American Home Tech representative to inspect the new TPO roof their company installed on our home? We are concerned that the "service walkable roof" will be damaged due to rocks and debris that the installers left under the TPO. We've been calling and emailing since June 10, and they refuse to come out and, at least, inspect. Now, we're down to just getting no response. Has anyone had this issue with American Home Tech before?

When a storm hit in July 2025, we again went with American Home Tech. Thet had already installed a new roof in March 2025 but mother nature had different plans for us. I called American Home Tech within 15 mins after the storm passed. I talked to one of their great staff, Noell, she told me that they would have a crew to my house in less than 2hrs. They arrived in a little over an hour, which stunned me as well as all my neighbors who also had damage and needed help. The owner of AHT personally came to our house with the crew and he was able help the crew remove the tree within about 4 hours and talked to others and helped them out as well. The next day a crew from AHT returned to finish taking down the balance of the tree and had one of their staff work with our insurance company and us to work out the details that were going to occur in the future. Noell also even came to the work site to see if there was anything she could do to help with the process. Having worked with AHT in the past and trusted them, we immediately asked them to do all the work needed to put our home back together. After a few months and a very large amount of interior work, roof replacement (again), new gutters, and soffits, and also electrical work performed by (Jason) and his crew at such a high standard of quality, the project has been completed and we are so grateful for the many number of AHT personnel that has been nothing but professional and extremely pleasant to work with each day. My wife and I cannot thank American Home Tech enough for getting our home back.

Had a seamless and stress-free experience with American Home Tech while getting a new roof. They definitely knew their stuff and were able to get my roof replaced through my insurance company easily. I was SO relieved to not have to pay for it all out of pocket! The process was so easy and my new roof looks great! They cleaned up well after the job and were in and out in a day. Everyone I encountered at the company was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend them and would use them over and over again! (but hopefully won't ever need to!)

My over all experience was fantastic. They worked with me through the whole process.Answering any questions I might have and with my insurance company. The job was completed in 1 day and Robert and his crew even worked in the rain to get the job finished. They did a complete roof report placement. The new roof looks fantastic and they did an excellent job of clean up afterwards. To get it finished. They did a complete roof replacement and it looks beautiful plus they did an excellent job of cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend them.

I had a new roof, which I paid for, not my insurance company, as well as all new gutters, downspouts, and rain guards installed. They did such a wonderful job and were on time, and showed up ready to go with everything they needed to complete both jobs. The roof was done on one day, and they returned with a different crew for the gutters. When they came for the roof replacement, I had just had new landscaping done in the front and around the sides of my house. The guys covered all young plants and were careful not to damage any of them while tearing the roof off and also during clean-up. There was one tiny issue after the roof was installed, but they came right out and addressed the concern and all is perfectly fine now. I highly recommend this company if you are thinking of getting a new roof or gutters/downspouts in the future.

Everything from start to finish was handled with great transparency and clarity. I really appreciate that they did the heavy lifting when it came to communication with my insurance provider as we were looking to get my roof replaced after a windstorm. The crew worked efficiently and cleanup was exceptional. I would definitely hire them again.

I went from storm damaged shingles on my roof to brand new shingles with decking. The folks here are a class act! They helped me with my insurance claim, stayed in contact, were upfront and honest with me on each step. Their crew did an amazing job...even as it started to rain. My experience with American Home Tech was nothing short of exceptional. When they first approached me for roof work, they fought tooth and nail to get me insurance coverage. Even when that didn't work out in my favor, they maintained communication with me and provided a similar price to what was originally quoted to me ~6 months prior. The work was quick and quality, and they offered flexible payment options; particularly important when insurance denies coverage. I would, and have been, recommending AHT to friends and family, as they made a stressful process painless.

American Home Tech has done an amazing job installing our new roof. From the very first visit with Aaron. Then Dan coming to work with our insurance company's inspection. Terry was the sales agent and totally worked around our schedule. A few days later they were here to install. Billie was the Forman on the job and was a pleasure to work with. The entire crew showed up early and worked extremely hard and fast!!! They went way above and beyond on this job. We will be using them for more projects on our house. We highly recommend this company!

The job was done well and completed very quickly. Although the process from start to finish (initial consult to job completion) took quite a bit of time. However, I would contribute that more to delays from my insurance company and the weather not cooperating. They worked with my insurance company to help cover more of my replacement cost and were flexible in the end when my insurance would not agree to cover the entirety of the roof. A few issues that came up from the job itself were immediately rectified (same day) and the follow-up has been great. Customer service on the front end was spotty at times, but during the actual build and leading up to it I felt like they were on top of everything and very communicative.
