"They were great at first good representation great reviews online mostly Google, their job manager did not pay close attention to job detail unless they were trying to explain why there work didn't look right. Also filing paper work in office seem very poor or very low effort applied. In short I'm not happy with to customer service and the constant excuse on how my roof was so much different from all the other roofs the replaced. Please look at all reviews good and bad before making your decision. This is not a forum, this is my opinion from what I experienced with this company.show more

"<p>They are in the Cleveland area. They are in Columbus and Cleveland. They just moved into the Cleveland area. &nbsp;They just started working in Northeast Ohio. I was pretty happy because we couldn't get anybody to come out because it was a small repair. Roofing companies usually want to repair your entire roof and we did not need that. I have no idea what it should cost. We had actually had a similar repair done several years ago and it was more expensive so I guess their price was pretty good. What I liked about their service is that they showed up. I called them, made an appointment, they actually showed up -- I assume it was on time. They called me about 10 minutes before and said they would be here. They did their estimate and &nbsp;then they came out two or three days later and did the repair. I called the same place we had the first time we needed a repair like this, they made an appointment and never showed up. I had gotten a postcard in the mail from new businesses so I got one from them so we decided to try it. Nothing could have been better with their repair service. I did not climb up on the roof and look at the repair, but so far it seems to be working. </p>show more

"Started out great. They were able to find matching siding which was 5 years old. Replaced roof, worked well with the insurance company. Kept in touch and responded well to text too. Afterwards have tried reaching out to them on a couple of issues. No response. A few shingles overhang the roof. One tarp section overhangs. Did not do a very good job of cleaning up pieces of siding and nails. Would have loved to give them an A but follow up lacking. I can only go on the roof when my vertigo is not bothering me so could not walk the roof after the work is done.show more
