"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

I had two old leaking skylights replaced, plus the chimney washed and sealed... all exactly as scheduled and they blended the old and new shingles in to match perfectly. Greg came back on his own time and put a tarp on my bedroom skylight (no charge) until Jeremy and Isaac could install a remote-controlled room-darkening blind for me, and I could not be more pleased with the results.
