But I got to see for myself the pictures of how bad my air ducts were so dirty. The owners before me never clean their air ducts, so I was breathing in all that dirt and dust, and all that stuff was nasty. Workers were clean and careful around the property, and kept us informed of their progress. The work areas were picked up and cleaned after completion of the repairs. The new crown looks great and the we're happy to be using the fireplace again. All work included in the estimate was completed exactly as promised and we had no issues with anything needing to be redone or called back for completion. I'd highly recommend!
