"The valley on my roof was funneling all the water towards a gutter that was too short.  Lance roofing came in, replaced and added the shingles that needed to be replaced and installed a diverter.  Now all the water runs to the gutter like it is supposed to.

EPDM can also be highly energy-efficient at both ends of the climate spectrum, with black EPDM helping to reduce heating bills and white EPDM helping to keep your building cool in extreme summer temperatures.
