Top notch service is exactly what we received! From the initial phone call, where the receptionist pulled over her car during her lunch break, to make sure our needs were answered. She was very nice, informative, and quick to get us scheduled! Matt, helped us along the entire process and did a Fantastic job! He was always on time and checked up on us often while we were impatiently waiting on our insurance company. On the day of completing our roof, the job was completed In impeccable timing! We had 12 roofers who all did an outstanding job!! Matt sent us updates and pictures the day of and walked with me at the end to ensure we were pleased with their work. It looks great and we are extremely impressed! We will definitely recommend DryTech to anyone who needs a new roof! Their customer service is phenomenal!

Andrew came out and quoted the job (full tear-off and installation of new roofing) on the spot. I had 3 other companies come that would not do that. The quoted price was better than the others, one of them $4000 more (although knowing what I know now I would gladly pay more for DryTech). Andrew was fully accessible during the entire process for any questions, changes, etc. Allie in the office made financing a breeze. The job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. The workers were like a well-oiled machine... on-time, fast, super-efficient, and the work is top-notch. All the debris was removed, and they ran a magnet around the house to pick up any loose nails. It's like they were never here! Andrew came out to do a final walk-through a couple days later to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. The new roof looks amazing, and we have a great warranty if anything happens down the line. I will absolutely refer all my friends and family to DryTech and no one else going forward. Truly above and beyond in service, value, and final product.

I panicked when water damage started showing up on the ceiling of my addition. I called DryTech that afternoon, and they were able to send a technician the very next morning. They were also able to schedule the work very soon after, and that was only delayed because of rain. The crews were professional and polite, and I am thrilled with the value and the results.

Brad, the owner, was the most honest, personable and dedicated person we have ever worked with. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and worked hard to make the job perfect. Because of the great job he did with our roof, we had him come back and do our gutters.
