Disappointed! Roof was installed quickly at an average price but they didn’t solve the problem I asked for. I noted two leaks above my front porch and was assured the new roof would solve the problem. Fast forward a couple months … the roof still leaks in the same spots, . Was told I will need new siding for an additional $3500. I trusted them to solve a problem… they did not do that, Will not use them for any additional repairs. Expensive mistake.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We got our estimate early in the season. Shaun was very good at explaining the whole process. We had many colors to choose from even near the end of the season. Called to relook at the estimate and it was thousands lower with a better warranty than others we’d checked in on. We didn’t actually hire them until the beginning of school. When I did call the process went smoothly. The day of our family had to do an appointment half way through the tear away portion of the old roof. They stopped so we could get through and cleared a path. Getting around with three kids isn’t always easy. They were so helpful, Alex, saw us before we turned off the car parking on the street and cleared an entry point back in for us. The whole team was great despite the heat conditions. I would gladly hire them again. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Many colors to choose from and they had roofs already finished so you could see the colors on a roof that had already been finished. I would hire them again. Any kind of soot was removed and it was like getting a roof without there being any evidence left over that it was done in one day. Highly recommend Shaun and whatever team Alex was on. They were both really nice. Shaun made the whole process run smooth and payment there were multiple payment options. I wish we could have done it before the season really started the offered some amazing discounts. Professional, warranty offered, and financing available. Our home looked like an older home, now it looks updated and leaves us with a ton of options to go in.

Matt came to our house to check on a leak. While on the roof, he noticed several potential issues and even pointed out that the prior roof work was basically amateur. The tiles were not overlapping or nailed properly. After a long discussion he offered to fix the leak, and several bad spots, or do the whole roof. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the decision easy. He would complete whatever choice we made, to our satisfaction. We chose the new roof and that was the best decision we could have made. His team started at 7:00am, on the day we chose, and were cleaning up by 2:00pm. We had a new roof and it looks wonderful!! We could not have made a better choice.

The experience with Inspector Roof was excellent from beginning to end.Matt was extremely professional, and truly worked with me on my need for expedited service, choice of materials, and logistics. The crew was very organized and neat. No debris nor even one nail was found after the job. We were in a distant city that day. Matt sent photos throughout the day to show us the progress. He used a more expensive tile we wanted at no extra fee after the bid was in. Who does that? His bid was what I had hoped for -- reasonable. I highly recommend Matt and Inspector Roof.

There guys did a great job putting a roof on my new house there was a mix up with the shingles on the delivery time but when they arrived their guys went right to work started laying shingles at 3:00 p.m. and was cleaned up and gone by 7:00 would definitely hire them again for any Roofing that I would need done

They showed up on time, got it tore off, installed and cleaned up in 1 day! Shawn came back the next day and gave it another once-over and asked me if I had any concerns. The new roof is a huge improvement and looks great.

The guys from inspector roof showed up on time, and had the roof completed when they said. The jobsite was cleaned up thoroughly. There were no hidden costs from the estimate provided.

I scheduled a roof inspection and then sat down and discussed the results. He was very thorough in explaining everything he saw. He took pictures, even a video. I actually felt like I had been up there myself. We discussed all the options and I requested a quote. I selected the shingles I wanted and also decided to have all the wood replaced that is under the shingles. The job was scheduled within a couple weeks. The work took one day and the cleanup was impeccable. My roof looks fantastic!

A major national company (who advertises aggressively) estimate was 150% higher than Inspector Roof's estimate. Inspector Roof did a great job. They required no money down and didn't want payment until I was happy with the work. The bill was exactly the same as the estimate even though they did extra work. I had the work inspected by an independent inspector and they said the work was done very well and was complete. I urge people to work with local contractors (specifically, Inspector Roof) instead of the big national companies. I feel those national companies are insurance parasites and will try to extract as much money from the insurance company as they can without providing any better service than a local company.

It went quite well. The new roof looks great. Also did the shed. I'm quite satisfied. They will do new gutters when the weather permits.

Inspector Roof arrived early morning and was done late afternoon. Work was done professionally, quickly and very well done. Inspector Roof helped me through the insurance process since our old roof had hail/storm damage. I only had to paid our house insurance deductible. Highly recommend this company if you are considering a new roof or siding!!
