The job was done very well! They are the only one who diagnose the problem and they redo the work and fixed it.

The process was great from beginning to end. Angie’s list recommended; next they called back in less than an hour; then came out to survey same week; Gary diagnosed the issue instantly with all his experience. Finally, the crew that came out was awesome, They were informed at what the job was, explained what they were doing, and got to work and finished very quickly- very professional. Price was 'spot on' for services rendered. Would highly recommend to anyone in Tri-state area.

Replaced damaged pieces on side of house (high visibility area) by harvesting pieces from the back of house (low visibility area). The new pieces were then added to the back which was still a very close match visually.

I have a long driveway and not able to clear snow anymore. They do a very good job on snow removal. I use them every year.

All vents are good and "leak" is from condensation and he proposed a simple fix. There was no charge!!

In this particular case, Lance Roofing offered the best price by far. The workers did a fine job.....very competent, hard working, and accommodating. Clean up afterward was very thorough. They finished the whole job in less than a day.

Not good 1st roof they put on had to be completely torn off and a new put on 1st one . And then after the 2nd one I wanted a independent to come and inspect this one seeing how the 1st was such a mess. The owner threaten to take me to court He is VERY unprofessional. I had it inspected anyway they said it was not the best job they had seen but should work. I would not recommended this company had to keep calling & they seldom returned a call

They came out, repaired the problem, showed me things about what they were doing so I was comfortable that it was going to last, they finished up promptly and cleaned up after themselves. They had 2 people on site for the project. They were very easy to work with and very informative. The work turned out, it was completed and everything has been fine since then. Yes, I would use their services again in the future.

They patched my roof until they could replace it upon asking and they worked from 6:30-dark completing job in one day. They did a good job picking up the majority of roofing materials.

The company is probably good but the guy they sent out did a terrible job. Since the rafters are not visible one would think a good job was done. But I went up into the attic crawl space to inspect finished job. That is when I discovered that the guy just nailed a couple 2x4s to the broken rafters. The miter cuts he made did not have the correct angle therefore the boards were not able to properly hold the weight of the roof. After several trips back out I made the guy sister boards on both sided of the broken rafters and bolt them together. Also while he was doing the work he dropped a board through my ceiling and had to come back out to repair that as well. His ceiling repair was not done very well either, he put primer on the drywall before the tape was dry causing bubbles on the ceiling. I will have to repair this as well. I will not use this company again.

It was excellent.

Very responsive to calls. Did the work in one day. Cleaned up area; however, I would recommend that you go over your driveway before driving your car on it after they are done. It is hard to get all the nails, etc up and we found about 15 nails that were missed. Reasonable rates. Nice to have skylights that don't leak and new gutters! I will use them again.

Quickest response of quote versus 3 other providers. Price was competitive. After accepting quote, versus original commitment to complete was delayed by 1 week. If we had had more panels blown off this delay could have caused additional water damage also there seems to be lack of communication between sales contact Scott and those doing the service. This may be the main cause of the delay. No issue with quality of work done.

Ok. This is the story of the lowest price is not always the best price! We had 5 quotes and went with the lowest cost after considering all factors. Bad choice on our part. The Pros: (1) The Price; (2) Scott the Salesman was very attentive; (3) Roofing crew was hardworking and courteous; The Cons: (1) Finish work (caulking and cleanup) was awful. Nails everywhere, horrible flashing and caulking work, plants damaged. After two calls requesting rework, the roofing crew "redid" the chimney flashing. It still does not meet our standard, but we have given up! Scott the Salesman actually came out a week after "completion" and spent almost an hour cleaning up nails and roofing; (2) While the roofing crew was very hardworking and courteous, they all stripped down to their baggy shorts and were half naked on top of my roof for 2 days. Very unprofessional appearance; (3) As it was very warm on the work days, being naked on top of a roof for 6 hours can cause your body to overheat; therefore, several times I found crew members dealing with heat exhaustion or doing back exercises in my front yard because they had hurt themselves while working. Crew safety and professionalism does not seem to be a priority for this company. (4) Gutter crew was very uncourteous and in such a hurry that they threw debris right on top of me while I was talking to their foreman; Horrible cleanup afterward.

Very professional.

Called for an estimate even though I knew I was going to use them.  It only took a few days and they were on it with a great estimate.  Called and emailed the exact items needed to be fixed per a housing inspector.  Brian had his guys jump right on the project and fix the shingles and gutters.  There was a little confusion regarding the dryer vent but once we talked more on the phone (which was very great) his guys did what they needed.  You can't go wrong with these guys.  This is the 2nd time I have used them and they are my only roofing company.
