Mike, Devan, and Walter were the project managers and they were very helpful throughout the roof install. "Our house is over 120 years old. We hired Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof and reinforce the structure of the roof where there were some weaknesses. Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future. The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite."

"The quality of work was awesome, have not found a nail yet in our flower beds or lawn. The job was done in a day with 4 different levels of roof. We used this website to have them come out for an estimate and they had the best reviews and price for our job. Communication was great! The workers were polite! Would recommend to any of our family and friends."

"Start to finish less than a week. Delivered dumpster and materials on Monday, put up protective netting Monday afternoon, started removing old shingles Tuesday 7:00 am. Finished installing new roof Tuesday afternoon. Installed new gutters and downspouts following Monday, finished Monday afternoon. Very happy with new shingles and gutters so far."
