"We had some storm damage. Jeff came out quickly and determined that there was damage to our roof. He worked with our insurance company from beginning to end. We had our new roof in less than two weeks! They did a great job and worked until the job was done. Since they finished after dark, they came back to ensure everything was up to our standards. Aside from the roof, Roofing Recovery also fixed some siding that had been popping out occasionally for the last few years that a different company had not fixed correctly. I'm grateful that everything was easy and handled with professionalism and care."

"Excellent. Clancy & his Team were very professional and the quality of the work on both projects ( roof & siding replacement) was excellent. Each project was completed in 1 day and the clean-up & removal of all excess materials was spotless. I might add the Crew worked under some very challenging conditions with outside temps. & wind-chill in the single digits. I would strongly encourage any homeowner looking to replace a roof or siding ( or both) at a very fair price to reach out to Clancy @ Atlas Roofing. You will not be disappointed."

"I strongly recommend Peak Roofing and Siding. I am getting my house painted and wanted to get my 30 year old roof replaced first and they came out within a week and did a fantastic job. They have their own crews and don't subcontract their work. They covered all of my landscape, stripped off the old roof, replaced decking as needed, installed new weather barrier and ice and water shield in critical areas, new flashing, ridge vents and shingles, all in one day. They then cleaned up and you would never know they were here. I work at an architectural firm and everything was done to code! And the cost was reasonable compared to other roofing companies."

Some of these include complete installation of section of roof with cedar shakes, repair when needed, flat roof installation and repair, flashings, some cedar siding repairs. They are very competent, fair in their pricing and meet their commitments They are honest and keep you in the loop about your projects. We have a complete cedar home with periodic needs. I recommend them highly."

Typical roofing repairs cost between $380 and $1,800 on average. However, most homeowners spend approximately $1,100 on a roofing repair project. The size of the roof, the extent of the damage, and the type of project all impact the final cost. External factors like product availability and supply chain issues may also affect the price.
Projects like repairing damaged gutters will only be around $180 to $560, whereas repairing a sagging roof will be a higher expense at $1,500 to $7,000.
Roofing is a highly skilled and labor-intensive trade. Because of this, you can expect to pay an average of $2 per square foot for your roofing professional. Roofing labor costs generally make up about 60% of the overall project cost.
The cost to replace your roof is often significantly more expensive than the cost to repair it. On average, homeowners will spend between $5,890 and $12,800 to replace a roof. The size of the roof, the roof’s pitch, and the number of stories the house has will significantly affect the overall cost. You can expect to spend upwards of $46,000 for large, high-end roofs.
Yes, most states require roofers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed roofer could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.
